Don't remember all off them, but for instance, live support was useless when it was introduced and now they are responding immediately and solving my problems fast. They had bad loyalty program and now they have the best one.
Amen to that. I found them a bit helpless when still new, but that was natural given they were new at the time. It's a bit of an unfair advantage to have this forum access as Support fixes things in a real jiffy if you reach out here with your username. Since ClubTalk, though, I've found Live Support to be prompt and a lot more confident (and actually helpful). Support's always a challenge but with the right training, they get better. And it does feel like they've been getting that!
Only one thing left that sometimes steers me to other bookies. Not working markets or site outages, but they are improving that part as well.
I'll be candid and say the only reason I ever bet at other books is when I get better odds. Anyone who knows me knows I hunt for value, and it's tough to beat p2p markets on exaggerated underdog odds. E.g. Odds Liechtenstein vs Germany was 151/1 both for a win or a draw (effectively, a 75.5 double chance) on p2p markets, while Sportsbet, though second best with boost, was a distant second with boosted odds to 66/1 on a win, and far less for a draw!
That said, I've found myself moving more and more of my bets to Sportsbet, their daily boost on less exaggerated underdogs give you almost any time the best value. Big matches get 10% or 20% superboost, so I can easily make many bets a day across football + tennis with big price boosts. That, along with their Specials (themselves massively boosted), are for me the best feature of this book... again taking into account I'm actually a value hunter and casual gambler (though dangerously crossing that line sometimes during promos).
And best feature of all, BTC deposits without confirmations. Just on that one they bought my loyalty since I prefer keeping money in my wallet and transferring when needed. I don't know any other site that has this and I am often making tickets minutes before the game starts.
Used to be the norm, but yeah, everyone's now put it to 1 confirmation, actually had no idea SB does this. You know what's crazy though? As leea said, you can w/d 0.1 BTC or 1 mbtc, it's done without fees, at a good miner fee, in minutes.
Now the main complaint for me, in all seriousness, but I know they're working on it:
1. No permanent betslips.
You can share them but they only show selections, not bet amount, and not boosted odds (so you get the plain odds). Worse, once they settle, the selections and odds are gone. i.e., the betslip expires.
Perma betslips with embedded referral links, those would go a long way to cement them as my favourite betslip to share. Betslips should also, preferably, live on a separate database on a separate server, so it doesn't take me forever to load past bets in-account, clicking the "More" button again and again. I know it's not an important feature for everyone but I used to get pretty good refs at other books by sharing great bets random people followed -- and it's nice to look back on a win from years ago to prove you made it big instead of showing a screenshot people will then say you Photoshopped ha
Imagine a Hall of Fame with verifiable betslips on Sportsbet, showing all them Brazilians with mega cojones.
