I think that the title competition in the Premier League is going to be between Liverpool and Manchester City again this year. These two teams are going to play against each other on October 15 and April 1.I hope that Arsenal can manage to finish the league in top 4 this year after losing their Champions League ticket at the last moment last season. Awesome news, less than a couple of months to wait for the super stars to be back.  Since my local NBA team is in the championship hunt, I've been preoccupied wagering on the Basketball finals.  So, my occasional gambling habit hasn't suffered from the lack of PL soccer.  Also agree, there's plenty of soccer still being played.  The Nations League games have been a fun distraction and provide good back-ground/ambiance on the TV.

It is going to get nasty tonight with a "potential" last game of the season in NBA. I am expecting both teams to do whatever it takes to win this game, even get to an annoying part, as someone who has watched a ton of win or go home games in the nba (some really didn't matter because it was like 3-1 or 3-0 but this one is close) I can say that this game is one of the most hard to watch games. Not because it's bad or anything, but because there will  be plenty of things that you normally do not see.

All those tricky dirt stuff that you do not do because you may get ejected, could happen this game and try to not get caught, some stuff you see, but refs do not see. It will definitely be hard.

Well seems like we dont got good luck to Sao Paulo talking so much about them. The pressure for being in the sight of the bitcointalkers  was too much and they lose against Botafogo 1-0.

They have a lot of match without lose before this one.

For sure I feel nicer about Flamengo and now Sao Paolo, yes, but it doesn't make me a supporter I'm really happy to see the effect on you and I know a LOT of other players here also shared how they wear the jersey and keep them as souvenirs.

Happy New Schedule Release day everyone! Strange I'm feeling much better seeing this than seeing the World Cup roster, but perhaps more a desire to make up for last season's final day disappointment.

Sao Paolo game did not disappoint, only in the winner. Like arallmuus says,,, it is never over and I think we saw 2 or 3 Soccer Blackjacks where we hit over 21 points and only had 1 goal in the game thanks to Brazilian yellow card league and 20 minute injury time

I am always so jealous of football in South America,,, Although recently there are comments from people even like Arsene Wenger whom I respect a lot, that somehow looks down on the development of sports there.

He has a point, that Europe is the best for facilities and for encouragement of player development but what saves football and makes it big in South America is the culture there and the respect footballers have.

In Asia footballers are seen as a poor career and sports in general, there is a lack of respect and admiration for it.
