As per my understanding, active should be account that at least play in the last xx period of time. I'm wondering how if there are old accounts which were so active last year but not really active this year, are they eligible for this?

Yep all mB 800 was claimed! If not we were going to ask on here what you'd like us to do with it as it was still within the budget!
