I think it's true since the first stage said you were giving 1500mbtc in prizes and on the other thread it said it is now lowered to 600mbtc.
And if that's the case then it kind of sad for the participants.

It's because of the contest not getting enough interest/bets and it's their contest they could do whatever they want as long as they pay out. The leaderboard page is already updated with the current rewards and there's the post above you. Even though the prizes are lowered it's still worth it to participate. Anyone can win now the new rankings just started and it only takes a 0.1mbtc profit or more to at least get a point in the leaderboard.

They were better before. I remember they had a price boost on a New England Patriots game when they first introduced it.
It was about 0.5x odds price boost on the opposition to win the game.
Now it is 0.15-0.25x odds at most.

It seems their promotions start off high and then drift off with the amount you can get back just like the world league prize pool which is half the amount you can win now.

And of course the San Antonio Spurs won that game with Wall being out for the Washington Wizards due to injury.
So that was a nice boost for a sure bet.

What does it mean? Am I blocked to play that game only or blocked from the site?

Are you in the states maybe this is why you are blocked from that particular game of slots due to the provide of just this game they are using blocking certain countries from playing with them.

Lionidas is right in that providers generally have restrictions around what countries their games are available from, but I don't think this is the issue as you were able to play in the first place.
