This is shitty, My account got locked for no reason ( no money inside it anyway ). I was just going to give it a try and bet for spain as they have high chance to win. I tried contacted the support through livechat and asked why it was locked. I stated my email and guess what he keep insisting on asking my username  ( like WTF ) then he asked me to send an email to cs@sportsbet.io .

I dont even know whats the purpose of the livechat if I need to send an email about it

Think of it like this-  if you're at a bar, the bartender or bouncer can send you home if you're too drunk. 
They don't owe you any explanation, and you must listen.  It's their rules.

The same goes for betting sportsbooks.   
They are providing you a service.   
It's not a Right, but rather a Privilege to play there.  They don't have to accept your money if they don't feel like it. 
Which also means if you're not using their services, they can close your account if they feel like it.

Just checked my account after reading your post because my last play was more than 10 days ago (11 days to be exact), but my account is still OK means that I can open it as usual without problem. So for sure it is not because your inactivity for a week, have you tried to ask live support? Closing an account without any reasons is not acceptable although you have no funds on your account. There should be a good reason why they locks your account and they should you about it privately (maybe through your registered email).

That is the definition of a terrible service. Imagine google closing your mail service because you aren't receiving mails anymore? Facebook closing your account because you haven't messaged anybody in ages? Sounds stupid to me. BTW he did had a few satoshi's and they shouldn't have closed it without a warning.
