Hi all, We are having a small technical issue with our free spins promotion. We don't want this to impact on the great experience our customers have on our site so we have issued a 3mɃ free bet to eligible customers. Should you have any individual account queries, please don't hesitate to contact our live chat or email cs@sportsbet.io . Thanks guys and best of luck! Sportsbet.io team hmm well that's weird , I was able to get the free spins and won around 2 mbtc but now opened the site and found a notification saying that I have 3 mbtc a free bet but as I said I was able to play the spins !! TERRIBLE RULES here.
I placed a bet on a tennis match. my guy won after 2.5 sets due to retirement and it was graded void. the rest of the industry grades match winner after 1 set- lost over 200 mBTC here but super dissapointed by these bad rules.
well when it comes to tennis you should always check the rules , it's weird since all other sites consider the bet valid if one set was completed in case you are betting the moneyline and not handicap hope sportsbet change the rules just like all the other sites , in case of retirement only handicap lines and over/unders should be void but moneyline should be valid

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Yeah I've lost over 200 mBTC on the site and there rules are super hard to find. you have to ask for live support to get a copy of the rules, it is not navigable from the website naturally..
I hope they do the right thing, refund me, and then m,ake the rules more easily available and fair.

lmao. Do you think any sane site will do that? If they have to return your money then they'll have to return each and every person's lost money. I beleive the live support solves the issue of rules etc quickly though it shoyld be easily available. The site looks extremely nice to me except for the kyc shit that might happen to anyone

Not asking for a refund ,just asking whether the free bet is not credited or was it a wrong notification?

I hate the rule as well but it's not the site fault , you should had asked about the rules before betting you missed a winner ok , but the other guys who took the other side of your bet also missed a loser so there is no benefit for sportsbet in voiding your win since also sometimes they will void you losers as well hope they change it but you don't have the right to demand the winnings since the odds provider voided all the bets on that game

If they had the rules clearly visible on the website maybe I wouldn't have placed the bet..
looking to see how they respond before considering other sportsbooks.

At first, I thought they mistakenly credited me a free bet because I don't see any notification about it. If you have unusual and honestly BS rules, then it should be readily available.. i should not have to ask live chat..
I agree with this, they should put a shortcut at the top or at the side of the page because most of their faqs, rules, etc are at the bottom of the page which can't be easily seen by everyone.

I can see lots of negative comments here regarding clear rules. For those of you have complained, which sites do you think are the best in terms of visible sports betting?

It highly depends upon what amount you want to bet with. For bets lower than .3BTC Id recommend sportsbet.io as the best because it indeed has the best UI in place however gor larger amounts people have complained that they start weeping out for kyc in order to shoo away the player from claiming his profit.

Where in the world did you get .3 ? No sportsbook would want to shoo away any players- thats just nonsense talking. The idea is they want to keep their clients playing. They win a little then give it back to bookie and then more = bookie wins! Only reason they would have to KYC is for legal reasons- not to shoo away clients that will most likely lose in the long run.

Maybe they cannot afford it or maybe the intentions are not cleanm 0.3 beacause I have wagered this amount without much issues.

He said shoo away the player from claiming his profit and not shoo away players from betting. If according to your theories, the only reason to have KYC is for legal reasons, then this is not what sportsbet is doing because otherwise they would need to do it in case of deposits as well.

Whereas here we see that the kyc is enforces on selective withdrawls hence making it suspicious and questioning the aims of the site.

It's clear that you are only shit posting because you get paid for your signature, but what you are saying only goes to show that you have no idea what you're talking about. Assuming a bookie asks for KYC because they can't afford to pay out is quite possibly the dumbest thing I've read on here. Regarding intentions, I don't see too many actual real people (not paid shills) complaining that Sportsbet doesn't pay after you provide documents. 0.3 BTC is nothing for a bookie, so get a clue and take your Indonesian shit posting for dollars elsewhere, someone should report you.

You have no idea what you're talking about and deserve negative trust for your shit posts.

If a casino is obligated by laws and regulations, then they have to enforce KYC for deposits and withdrawals if they exceed a certain amount. As you correctly said, sportsbet and their other scam site bitcasino enforces KYC only selective and only in case of withdrawals, referring to their non-existing regulator! They do this because their target group are dump people who are even not able to understand very basic things.
