Someone else having issues loggin into the site. When go to sportsbet.io i get following notificstion
503 Service Unavailable
The origin has been unregistered from Argo Tunnel

getting the same error message and it's really annoying since the match I want to bet on will start in 7 minutes site was working fine one hour ago so this error must be new , hope they fix it really soon EDIT 18:04 GMT+2 : working fine now |

The site after maintenance has become very slow.
Price increases are now useless and a waste of time.
Before maintenance, a quota @ 2.5 was increased @ 2.7 minimum.
Nope, it was always a 10% increase on the net odd. Net odds for @ 2.5 is 1.5, so it is increased by 0.15 to @ 2.65. Now instead a quota @ 2.5 is increased only @ 2.58
With the maintenance I see only a sharp deterioration. I would like to know only if the price increases will remain as you have changed them today
You're individually limited. Talked to a friend and they had a 10% boost without issues. |

You're individually limited. Talked to a friend and they had a 10% boost without issues. Can confirm that the price boost weren't changed it's still the same for me. If I boost any decimal odds @ 2.4 it goes to 2.54. I have some problems when I won over 50 mBTC with deposit of 3 mBTC. Now I am not eligible to any promotion  Damn bookie... do you really think that bookie agent with red trust really hepls? You're not the only one not eligible for promotions. On the terms and conditions of each promotion they always mention which countries aren't allowed to join. |

Yes, in placing bets it's not responsive as it was before and if you click the lines too fast or too much a delay starts to build up. Maybe that's the trade-off for them to achieve the fast loading speed they have to sacrifice a little bit of response time. It won't bother me though eventually i'll get used to it. |

I also noticed that it's not as fast as before, I'm placing my bet this morning using my mobile phone and it does not load as normal. I don't know, maybe OP has something to say about this, |

THere are more better betting platform nowadays so I do not think I will just consider one betting platform. If I were a user that would like to bet I rather try the other betting platforms before concluding something from the betting platforms. If there were too many then it will create slow connection or response for that matter. But, If you will going to have a different betting sites then you can choose what , where and when you will going to join and play betting. |

Hi All, Yep, thanks for the feedback. Unfort the switch from old to new DID have a few hiccups and caused a short downtime of about 10 or so minutes at about 1600 GMT yesterday.. This was then followed up with some site lag. Sincere apologies for that experience.Most of the reports we had on Live Chat were from Mobile users. This was very concerning for us cause the last thing we want to break is our mobile experience. We are hoping today onwards it should be back up and running smoothly and twice as fast as before. Ill try to monitor it as best as possible. The problem is that I tried again today, and a price @ 2.5 is only increased @ 2.58 when up to 2 days ago the price was increased @ 2.65 If there are no changes, the price increase has been reduced by more than 50%. Instead withdrawals are always fast and punctual |

talked to support and they said that they are able to remove selections without problems , but I still have this problem since yesterday

OMFG !!!!!!!!!!! this is what I have been waiting for so long really excited about this news since there is only one bitcoin site offering racing and odds there aren't competitive hope the odds will be competitive with the other fiat sites , cause as I stated there is already a site offering racing so if odds aren't better I guess my joy will vanish  just curious , will you be offering best odds guaranteed for racing ? or just fixed prices ? |

Shortly I analyzed my statement of sportsbet from August 2018 to January 24, 2019 and I found out why they have limited the price increases. Simply because I am a winner, so sportsbet proves not to be a professional bookmaker, but not knowing how to do its job, it limits the accounts of winning customers.

Optimization in coding has always been a difficult subject. Look at all the huge games like nba 2k or fifa for example. I know they are not exact same topic but even with BILLIONS of dollars they fail to optimize the online games and mostly cause lags in games. Same with many games, look at pubg for example they had online games where optimization was such a problem that the computers didn't let the game run without making a big heating problem. I know they are not the same things at all but that could be a similar problem, maybe they tried to increase the quality of the website somehow but failed on the optimization and had some leakage that caused the website to be slower. Not exactly the same as my examples but quite similar. I think that looks like the most plausible explanation. |

Hi SyGambler, Same here! We will be offering both Tote prices and Starting Price ( fixed price betting ) The Tote betting odds will be based on the jurisdiction that tote is based in. So it will be hard to guarantee 'Best Price Always', but if that Tote has the best price, thats what we will be paying out!! Its also transparent that way too. If we mix and match, or pick and choose what tote we pick, it will always end in tears for both sportsbet and customers. So, Hong Kong Tote is HK prices, Melbourne, AU is Melbourne AU official tote prices. I Love my dogs so can't wait to get a few hard earned coins on some of those little dahsers! Steve. |
