But we never know how they generate their cash flow, and we never know if they are still on positive or negative profit. I must thinking that any site will always have this marketing fee to keep promotion or may be holding events coming. Without even have this budget, there is no way to keep on having some promotions. I think sportsbet should give more details about how this user violated the terms and conditions. Since this user is talking about the clause 16.1 where there are many points under it, so I think it should be clear which point(s) are related to this user. Anyway it is good to know that Sportsbet gave the deposited money back.
I do not mean to support this user but I just talk in general as a regular player who may face similar issue in the future (hopefully not).
