You may ask them through the support email, I believe if it is real bug that may make them lose huge amount of money then they will give you some rewards for finding the bug. It applies in most online sites IMO, when someone found a serious bug then the site will give a reward for the one who found it.
I think you should tell them first about the bug and let them check it then they will decided whether it is a real serious bug or not. Anyway, how if they do not want to promise you a bounty/reward? Will you use the bug yourself and exploit it for your own goods?

yes there is bug actually I just want a reply from them and I will email them with full details and explain what the bug is and it's easy to remove but devastating if they don't sort it out.
