Hello Sportsbet. I want to ask about the upcoming The International 2019, which one of the biggest prize pool in the history of eSports.
Does Sportsbet prepare any promotion on the games under The International 2019 on the Group Stage from August 15th - August 18th, 2019 or even in the Main Stage on August 20th - August 25th, 2019?

They won't be crediting the free bets instantly. There's no specific time on when it'll be given out on some accounts but here's what posted under their terms on conditions for the fantastic four free bets.

12. Free bets are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn from your account. Free bets will be credited to eligible accounts within 48 hours.

You might have to wait until the first round ends before they give out the free bets.

But from experience, what their support said is true you're not allowed to join those certain promotions if you can't see them on their promo page. I was also in the same situation before asking the same exact question when I noticed steve announced new promotions even asked for the full details so I could join but didn't receive any prizes from it.

i get that its not for everyone on sportsbet, but why are they advertising like it is? i even got email from sportsbet. why email me if i am not included in promos ? their representative here tell me to make the bet(i already bet 3mbtc on EPL) but their support say entirely different thing.
 
for some book thats promoting so much heavily this is very bad way to treat a player

i have another question, there are 2 promos for EPL. the 11 streak and freebet promo. if i place a bet of 3 mbtc on 2 odds, will it count in both promos at once ?

I have never tried cashing out 5 bets in a row, usually it's just one bet but I think it's possible as long as it's available as that would also depend on the latest odds and although this help sometimes but I refrain from doing this as sometimes it could result to a regret when your bet suppose to win but you cash it out.

there shouldnt be any limit but its not available on some games, yes its a good feature but u do lose some % so it is negative roi in the long run

It doesn't have to be a pre live bet. If the match already started and you want to cash out you can still do so. I only said whenever because there are certain sports where cash out might not be available but if you're betting on the big leagues like the EPL, MLB and others that have live betting it's always avaialble to use.

So Sportsbet is now a partner of Watford FC and is starting to build its reputation with an aggressive marketing. I kind of like this but IMO they still really need to pay its long overdue 6.5 BTC on one of its client winnings.
