Sometimes they are region restricted.
Atleast this is what was told to me via their live support when I ever had this message come up when I was going to a particular promotion of theirs in the past.
But recently haven't come across this message in a long time so maybe they had these restrictions lifted the last time I contacted their support on the issue.
Last time it was to do the certain device I was using (an old iphone) which was causing me the problem with my account not having these promos not being offered.
Best to just contact their support chat and get the answer there since all accounts are different.

This is what must of happened when I tried it because I remember clicking on a promotion but when I arrived to the site it showed the betslip in red and offered some others to choose from instead.

^^Yeah really. Juventus were sloppy at start but slowly slowly they paced up. It was the Fiorentina wonder boy Chiesa (on loan at Juve) who scored two crucial goals to push the match to Extra Time. Porto were also a bit lucky with two frame shots and one close chance from Chiesa. Everyone thought it was going penalties until that freekick goal in ET by Porto made it all hard for Juve. It was almost like putting nail on the coffin.

I really think that Juventus didn't expected Porto to play this well, they were too cocky to start and they assumed that last game was an unlucky situation and they will be winning this game easily and that is why they didn't start that well.

Moreover, I have to say Juventus played amazing on the extra time as well, but they were too tired, both teams were of course, but Juventus really worked super hard to win at the extra time but they were just unlucky, I wasn't really watching the game that much, I checked it here and there, it was open on one tab and I was looking at that and then move to reddit, youtube or whatever and so forth and checked back for most of the game, after 80th+ or so minute I realized what type of game it was and I really hoped for penalties as well but that didn't happen. I really can't believe how awesome the game was in general, it really had everything in it.

You're correct, on their previous raffle they did the same thing where you can watch the results live.

I don't think we're required to play since the dealer will probably put the game on hold while they draw the winners. Hopefully i'll be there when it happens.

Bottom part of your post is the reason why I am currently using Sportsbet almost exclusively. That clubhouse program is a thing of beauty and it is giving me very nice boost to bankroll. This raffle promo will make it even better. Did it just start or I missed it for last month? Would be very pissed if I missed it since last month was the first time I hit Diamond rank and prizes for Diamond look very sweet indeed

True, sometimes they send notifications in the email but most of the time we have to check the page manually.

It also helps to have an account on their sister site bitcasino since they also put up a few similar promotions and that's where I found out about the promo.

Checking it out for you, what was spoken on Chat? I would have imagined as it being Ice Hockey pre-live it should inc OT + Pen ? what was the result in the end?

At first I too assumed it was Moneyline, but since the odds seemed too high for that I contacted support, and was then told it was 60 min only.

In the future I would like to see a clear description as the wording used is a bit misleading. Just a request, not a complain!

Nah, they're working on shit a lot for sure. Betslips took a while and it's here now. I'm sure they'll find a more permanent way for them -- probably fixing the odds/outcomes on the slips first (for example, your boost won't show).

Oh, and sorry about your corner bets. 2 corners the entire game for PSG =p

They were having maintenance some 4-5 hours ago. Not sure if its falls under timeline in your case but even though I think that this shouldn't have affected anything related with the user's balance. Or perhaps it was all with on your end now that you have fixed it yourself.
