I was at this match ^^ Little did I know what and who I was watching! I had only "heard about" Maradona (then Coach of Argentina) and I didn't know Messi at the time..  

The rain that came down in the 2nd half was incredible! there was a tropical storm of the north coast of Brazil, but the tail was reaching the stadium in Buenos Aires.. I've never experienced rain like it.

Very nice memories Steve i still remember that game like yesterday, i was not in the stadium but i was seeing the game and if we dont won that game we were 90% out of the 2010 World Cup, we need that win more than never.

This is going to be very interesting match played in Rio de Janeiro Maracana stadium, that is big advantage for Fluminense playing in front of their supporters.
Boca Juniors have much more experience winning trophies and Copa Libertadores, but Fluminense wants to prove they are better than Flamengo this year.
Very tricky match for prediction, and Fluminense first have to play against Bahia in few hours.

I’m quite interested in this match, I want to watch Andre Trindade of Fluminese. He’s been heavily linked with Liverpool as a potential January signing.

He plays defensive midfield but is very good at distributing the ball, he has a good passing range. I’ll be supporting Fluminese and checking this guy out.

They have other good players, one of them is German Cano from Argentina, there is a chance he even plays for Argentina national team after amazing performance in Copa Libertadores.

Mmmm i dont think so, German Cano is already very old, he has a very strange career, here he was a low key player, playing for teams who allways fight for relegation and also in the second division, after that he went to Colombia when he was the top goalscorer adn start to make a name, later he went to Mexico having also very good performance, and Brazilians teams start to see him, and now well, what can i say he is destryoing nets in Fluminense.

We have a lot of this kind of players scattered for south america, who cant play in Argentina at top level for the pressure you have here, and they being really good in other leagues and develop all of his potential.

Boca as always is gonna want to reach penaltyes and Romero to save them again. Or can we see Cavani making a goal in the final to become Boca Juniors champions and finally reaching Independiente with 7 Libertadores?
