Did anyone here bet on the Afghanistan - Australia match in favor of Australia because their odds were pretty great when they were 91/7? I thought it wasn't worth taking the risk, but I regret it now all thanks to crazy freaking Maxwell.

I did place a bet on England though in their upcoming match against Netherlands at 1.15 which is pretty good value in my opinion.

What would be the football equivalent of Cricket and Football fans??

I would say - World Cup - Argentina 0-3 vs Brazil at the time - Messi kicks 4 in the second half while carrying a hamstring injury to win the match for Argentina 4-3?

It's definitely one of the best innings of all-time primarily because Maxwell pulled off a freaking miracle though he did get lucky early on after getting dropped twice. It's an amazing way for him to retire from the ODI format if you ask me.

Woah! That would be crazy, but it's Messi which makes it completely possible though I doubt he could continue playing after a hamstring injury.

The team really played well , had possession as much as they could and produced good scoring chances but it just want's meant for them to score . I'm sure next game will be different as Group F is insane and I do think all teams still have a chance to qualify and Dortmund sitting on 1st place doesn't look so safe for them.

I felt that if you put Almiron and Gordon on the bench to start that game you probably don't deserve to win it or get away with points, no time to play around with the starting XI with all the injuries piling up and you are literally fighting for survival in CL. Tough luck but Dortmund could have and probably should have scored a couple more in that one

Quite interesting to see how Dortmund came back after the 0:4 defeat against FC Bayern in the Bundesliga at the weekend. The 2:0 win against Newcastle may look much easier than it was in the end, but it was of course a much-needed victory for Dortmund if they want to move to the next round in the Champions League. I personally didn't expect such a result against Newcastle either (even though the betting odds gave Dortmund a slight advantage).

For Newcastle, the last two group games are now crucial if they want to make it to the next round. However, it was already quite obvious after the draw that this group wouldn't be easy for any team. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they somehow make it through to the round of 16.

No. I am also one of those who hope that Newcastle can get at least 1 point vs Borussia Dortmund.

Angry to see Newcastle's starting XI without the names Almiron and Anthony Gordon from the start. Guimaraes was overwhelmed in maintaining the balance of Newcastle's midfield.
Statistics Newcastle should not get 2 goals without reply. My complaint is that Newcastle's defensive line is not optimal.

Newcastle United's chances of qualifying are slim unless Newcastle can beat PSG and AC Milan lose against Borussia Dortmund at the San Siro.

I think it was a deserved victory for Borussia Dortmund, indeed Newcastle played well in this match, but Borussia Dortmund also played well even I think they played better than Newcastle. They have to learn more when they are in a big competition like this, the Premier League is very competitive, but the Champions League is more than domestic competition, especially in terms of mentality. It requires a very big mentality to go further, and I think Newcastle have to improve that.

hah I really didn't like Rashford's red card in this Manchester United match because if only he didn't make a silly mistake maybe the result would have been better and my multi bet went well.

Group A
1. West Ham United vs Olympiacos: Both teams really need points.
2. Freiburg vs TSC Backa Topola: Freiburg is aiming for points so that its position is not shifted by Olympiacos.

Group B
Ajax vs Brighton: Brighton, who are playing against Ajax, need points to occupy second place, which is now filled by AEK Athens.

Group C
First to fourth place will struggle hard because the four teams are very close in points.

AS Roma and Bayern Leverkusen are considered safe in their respective groups. However, they need to maintain their victory to improve their meeting record.
