They're just trying to get a reaction out of you. This stuff always happens on this forum. They probably don't even believe what they're saying either. Just trying to deflate VTA to make their coin look better. VirtaCoin has so smuch going for it that it probably will overtake their coin(s), which is certainly a big threat.
