Are the "conflicted" transactions coming from belutrade? I advised a friend last week to contact bleutrade again using their contact form and the problem was solved.
Here is the content of the message I suggested him to send:

You must buy more cheap coins as many as possible . This is a great chance to buy and hold more coins. I realize that it is undervalued many times .
I have bought nearly 18k XVP coins from miners sold on the exchanges and it is staking everyday with 7% interest per year so that is interesting , guy.
