Got my box today. DHL got their hands on it on May 28 around 1:30PM, it was delivered to my local city on May 29 at 8:41 AM. On may 29 at 10AM I went in and processed customs forms myself was charged roughly 100$ in taxes. Took me 6 hours to navigate the endless gauntlet of minions but was able to get my unit a day early by processing the customs forms myself.
My unit has dust caked as well. I don't think it was from mining so much as china having air so thick you can literally eat it.
Congratulations!! When did you pay the order? Feb 2 order #1073 not sure the exact time. |

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Apparently someone read one of those as my shipping method was switched to DHL and I received a new updated on my order with a new shipping number; but no direct response "Sir, your request has been processed" sort of thing. So I have no idea what method was successful in contacting them. It appears they're trying to get their CS together. Hope everyone else with issues gets them sorted timely. |

I think you're mixing up two things:
An account in the Avalon store and
An account at Walletbit
Lot's of people ordered beginning of February without either. I also ordered without an Avalon account and paid as a guest (so without an account at Walletbit).
Then, after all the problems paying, I created an Avalon account and entered a support request.
There are numerous stories about this from a lot of buyers on this forum.Wrong, I had an Avalon account, but not a Walletbit account. |

No one has received a batch 2 order that was purchased as guest at this time. At least no one that has posted up. Incorrect, a lot of purchases were without an account in either the Avalon store or Walletbit and around 20 orders of batch 2 have been delivered till now.
The payment went better without an account at Walletbit, I also didn't had one. Many stories about this on the forum. |
