Very nice addition. Your guide is simple and neat to understand it. However, people must go through it 2 to 3 times to make it handy.

Thank you so much for the guide, now I already verified my bitcoin wallet address under blockchain.info. This is what I really looking for. Hopefully, we can do this too in the new address soon. Because we know they recommended to use the new address and not the imported address anymore.

The main question is this sign message option were already at the new wallet or it has been implemented recently as the most costumers of those wallet were having issues with that and returning to the older walet because those.

This guide is helpful, I was sure that they had released an inferior version of the legacy wallet because they didn't have a sign.verify message option.

Yes,its impossible to return to the old wallet.I haven't checked if the update is implemented now like the signing/verifying messages. You can always import the private keys and then the addresses. It's not recommend to upgrade to the beta version yet as possible bugs and updates make it vulnerable to attacks.

My mistake, I made a screenshot of the wrong part of the site.
When I click more options it says verify message only and not sign message.

Bolding and italics mine.  And that is why I do not understand why blockchain.info would release a product not ready for primetime.  It seems like newbies (and I would be one, I just use the legacy version for now) might have problems.  blockchain.info is notorious for having problems.

IMO they would be better off to claen house before venturing out on new projects that would dilute their programming prowess.  For example, three weeks or so ago their SharedCoin (mixing service) was not working.  SharedCoin seems to be up and running now though.
