The whole paypal thing is impossible.  They do not recognize the card number as anything but a disposable card and there is no way to use the card.  Out of 24 sites, they all refuse the card.

Moreover, you combined these US street/city details with 'France' as a country during the ordering process, leading to obviously false billing details.
Therefore, I'm not really surprised that you didn't manage to link the card with your PayPal account nor place any order online...

Coinbase transfer BTC to USD first Million for free, after that 1% and Bitpay do also 0-1%.

Anyways if your fees will be lower to 1-2% you will get much more Customers. I need to order
about 1-2k more but its cheaper for me to send it to my bank account so i only pay 1% and not 5%.

I need to add a small amount more to the card.  It appears that it may work well with Entropay.  That makes a smooth, nearly fee-less Bitcoin to bank account route.

Edit:  It will take a few, need to consolidate and transfer some BTC around and then load at least $1 unto the card.

Does paypal deduct money to my CC in order to verify it? Do I have to deposit enough balance to my coinizy CC in order for paypal to verify it ? And if yes, how much ?

Note: I still didn't tried to buy something with this CC and I can't tell if this is working or not but based on the reviews here, I'll surely deposit more then I'll try buying something. (I'll just do an update here if I already verified my paypal and bought something with it.

Please explain?  The only thing close to "scam" is their BTC to fiat rate because it's not 1:1. That's how they can claim no load fees.  I suppose it's not the most ethical because the customer is lead to believe there is no fees.  But on the other hand, they need to make money somehow.
