Bitcoin has already attained the stage of international currency.
Its usage is welcomed in developed countries.
But still it is mostly unfamiliar in some developing countries.
when those people also start using bitcoins, then there will be a great future for bitcoin.

The only chance for bitcoin in a lesser developed country is via mobile phones.   There is a lack of reliable electricity in large parts of India, Africia still and I think south america maybe.    So to maintain a network which is needed for the coin to be reliable and register for monetary security it would have to be done via mobile phones.     Im still not sure that is largely possible, or that they have phones smart enough to deal with a cryptographic standard.
Im not trying to say these countries dont have computers, I know they do but it needs to be absolutely commonplace before you can start saying this is money and its reliable and the population is part of a global currency called bitcoin.     Thats not true so bitcoin is excluding large parts of the world still,  I'd be glad to be proven wrong of course as Im all against elitist standards

Yes, mobile phones are more acessible than computers, maybe the problem is the mobile internet... those companys don't give a shit, just want money...
The lack of bitcoin is where you can spend... a lot of people make transfers and after it use a exchange to transform into fiat.

Mobile is much affordable than computers i think because computer is much good to access more site and much faster than cellphones, and you are correct that the Internet Service Provider here in the Philippines can not give fair speed of connection.
Bitcoin is now international currency because we can spend it in an international online shopping and now big online shopping company start adopting bitcoin as their mode of payment and it will gives to the user big advantage.

With the advent of internet, everything is already possible but not all people can easily understand, bitcoin is only good for intelligent people and not to people who are under poverty.

If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?
i think this a very common thinking about the popularity of bitcoin . because we loss much money as tax in transaction and convert our btc into local money . if it will be uses internationally than absolutely there will be no need to exchange btc into other currency .

i think at this moment bitcoin has become the 1st international currency in online world. because i found the merchand growing everyday, and now it's very easy to spend our bitcoin

I actually think like that too. I dont know why people are trying to say that it is not global or it just depends on how they see what global is. It is globally available online. Online means internet and you can get it everywhere now.

It is globally available yes but it is not globally used as much as we would like it to be. Bitcoin is an international currency but for it to be useful you actually have to be able to pay with it everywhere in every country. Then it would be globally used alot and it would grow way more aswell. Maybe we will get there but it's a long way off though.
It will not be a long way off if we support bitcoin and promote bitcoin to everywhere in our community and it is not hard thing if we show the benefits of bitcoin to anyone then they will readily adopt it and will continue on this way. So, it just need our continuous support to achieve the big milestone of becoming international currency.

I think we should start within our community, we will teach our family on how to use bitcoin and to educate them on why bitcoin is useful in daily lives, to be honest we are the only one who can help achieve a massive adoption for bitcoin because we are the primary users who already benefited with using it.

I am willing to wait for that to happen as I believe we can achieve that and bitcoin will be globally accepted like a popular fiat, it takes time but once you trust the future you enjoy the current situation and take the opportunity to invest rather than wasting time for nothing.
Yes, it will happen because I am seeing that bitcoin has that much potential to become available in every part of the world and to be used everywhere in every country. The reason is its attractive features which is giving better benefits to everyone.

It is already a international currency as majority of people across the globe are using it, the only thing we need is that it should hit the mainstream to get more popular in future.
i think so. But some country not accept bitcoin, so what will we do to some country like that?

i think when all countries accept this currency than internationally transaction will be made  like dollars .

So what do you think how to realize it all? And what steps have you been doing all this time to make it happen, and how effective is it?

In some countries like UAE the price of mobile phone internet is much higher so if they will use their internet for to pay with mobile phone wallet then they will suffer a high price for it while in some countries like in my country Pakistan we are getting mobile phone at much lower price. and we are much happy with that offers in our country bitcoin is going to be an easy way to pay for goods.

How many people like with this thread?
I do like an idea that bitcoin will become the international currency. As you can see, EU has sucessfully developed Euro as a currency for all members of EU. If bitcoin become a international currency, every problems about money can be solved easily. Imagine that you have a brother who lives far from your country, unfortunately, you do not have enough money to pay bill in that moment, you can asked for your brother help. Bitcoin will be sent after less than a minute.

I think bitcoin will never become a international currency, because the government can't accept bitcoin, they can't control it.

I think government is going to be able to control the circulation of bitcoins in the world. Only if there is going to be one world government.

And if the government is going to have partnership with Satoshi that they are going to adopt bitcoins all over the world.

That is going to make bitcoin as an international currency.

Those prophecies are as far as the moon. That cant happen. Looking for Satoshi? That talk have already ended. We are left here to do our own job. He gave the blueprint and we should do the next.
Government will never ever be able to control it. There is no control room for bitcoin.

If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?
Yes it can be international currency but seems that bitcoin is not yet that popular because some countries are block bitcoin and they cant use it whether they want it or not every people are want to use bitcoin as curreyncy to trade and investing crypto currencies are just good oto.
