It is already kind of an international currency, a couple of countries have acknowledged it as such.  For it to be a true officially accepted currently I don't think we will see that anytime soon as the governments have no control of it as they do currently with their fiat.

I agree. I was amazed with how you can purchase things with the use of Bitcoin when I traveled to other different countries. Unfortunately where I come from, the use of Bitcoin has not yet been maximized to its full potential. We are still very highly dependent on fiat which I think we'll still be on for a ling time. Hopefully, the time will come for my country to embrace development and advancement by allowing the acceptance of other platforms, such as Bitcoin so as not to cause any hassle to people, especially tourists, when they visit the country.

I think now that bitcoin has become an international currency because of the large number of users and many people who believe in bitcoin but regulations in each country differ depending on the governments of each country to legalize bitcoin or not.
And now Bitcoin is getting popular but in my opinion, bitcoin will not change paper money around the world even though many people use bitcoin.

Bitcoin has all what it takes to become an international currency.
Actually we can day that it became already. Now is becoming more and more familiar to people and even big enterprises as well as medium size shops are staring to accept bitcoin
as a method of payment.
We can say that bitcoin is the currency of the people. Imagine if there is a war in your country and suddenly you went to another country. you lost your house. Your money is in the bank so you lost that also.
But as long as you remember your log in and password details you send bitcoin and pay for food and accommodation.
Is just lovely.

If bitcoin to be international currency, what do you think?
You can use it every where and anywhere, without exchange it.
And how to use transaction with it, if bitcoin just crypto currency?
How many people like with this thread?

For me there's a negative and positive effect of one currency like bitcoin why? Because the positive side was when we are in the other country we use any money changer to change yor country money to another country money so that my point is if we have one currency you have a freedom or not wasting time for you because if you want to buy you use bitcoin becuase some of country right now was they are using bitcoin and for the negative side every country was no restriction we know that every country does have restriction.

For now it has happened, where crypto money is now widely used almost all over the world. Many store and market developers are already using crypto money as a means of payment. And if it becomes the main currency, it will greatly affect the market price of crypto currency itself, where it will experience a very high price increase.

I think, bitcoin is on its way on becoming the international currency. It is being used and accepted to many countries its just that it is not used yet in malls or other market place without you exchanging it from cryptocurrency to fiat. If the world is going to accept bitcoin as our international currency, then we also need lots of change especially when it comes to our payment method. Payment would probably be easier as well as other transactions, but I think this setting would take more years before we could really enjoy a world with this kind of system.

If that would happen, a btc atm would be very helpful. It should be an instant atm so you'll just load it with a specific amount because just in case you lost it, it's just a small amount.

I agree, it's time for the world to think about the world's very complex economic problems and most of the problems because of the complex and costly financial system. the presence of bitcoin makes simple transactions so feasible to become a world currency.

Bitcoin is a international currency for individuals and groups. There is no chance of bitcoin coming anywhere near to the US dollar when it comes to acceptability from Countries, banks, major companies trading. Bitcoin is being used send and receive money over long distance. It is not being used as extensively as other currencies used for the trade. Online payment or for that matter the micro payment is still not feasible with bitcoin.  Current situation with bitcoin in trading is similar to importing a piece of bread or cake from different country via ship. Transportation via ship or airplane are not suitable for micro shipping.
Also transaction charges for bitcoin are quite high.

Well I can say Bitcoin is an international currency because it has been circulating around the world for years now and the value continue to rise and more interesting. It has limited use specially in buying goods not all retailer accept bitcoins but there are some online shop who accepts bitcoin.

International currency need to be acknowledged just about everywhere. Bitcoin is nowhere near that. In scores of nations folks have never ever but listened to of it let by yourself have access to correct net which is the backbone of transactions to occur. Acceptance is essential alongside with easy exchange with fiats all over the entire world. Then only it can turn out to be an intercontinental currency in the true feeling.

The world is changing and the technology invades more and more our lives so, at a certain point, bitcoin will be viable for international market. Everything will start in the moment that his volatility will vanish. It's the only reason why many banks dont take bitcoin serious.

In my opinion i think that bitcoin should stay in this kind of this state where everyone does not really know about it and if it will become the international currency then probably the value will decrease because everyone will populate the market.

Well it is now very common and all the people know what bitcoin is. The worth the importance of the bitcoin is familiar to almost everyone in my country so I think it is not so difficult to make the bitcoin international currency, in some countries bitcoin is being use as the real money they are buying almost all the things using the bitcoin only.

I believe that very soon, Bitcoin will be international currency. Bitcoin now a day, it is very an aggressive and dominating currency. In future, it will be the digital currency.

I'm just waiting for US to approve bitcoin as a legal and economical asset. Then the price will make 2x or 3x within hours. Not so far, around 5 years at most.
