Have you tried the latest wallet? I'm using the latest release, unfortunately dev didn't release windows binaries for this release yet. ( I'm using cli and gui for linux) Everything is working fine, just not for windows.

EDIT- these are the lastest seed nodes:

  "seed0.bitcedi.org:55008",
   "seed1.bitcedi.org:55008",
   "seed2.bitcedi.org:55008"

try running some bat like , bitcedigui.exe --seed-node seednodehere

it should work.

Where is the latest version, because it is not compiled to windows... Huh

I was able to mine like 250BXC (i mine on linux vps´s) and payments on http://pool.bitcedi.org/# shows that they have been sent to my BXC address, however bitcedid seems to be unable to connect to peers at all times, therefore I´m unable to synch to the blockchain.. I whitelisted bitcedid on firewall but still receiving this error (win 64 cli  wallet):

2017-Aug-04 16:51:35.572191 INFO [core] The daemon will start synchronizing with the network. It may take up to several hours.
2017-Aug-04 16:51:57.916729 ERROR [node_server] Failed to connect to any of seed peers, continuing without seeds
2017-Aug-04 16:52:20.748364 ERROR [node_server] Failed to connect to any of seed peers, continuing without seeds

and goes on and on, restarted the wallet, bitcedid and computer and still same error.

I think I lost my patience with this coin because there´s nowhere I could find further info about this, and seriously thinking in dropping from mining BXC.

My wallet is working, payments on main pool are working, chain is moving. Definitely not abandoned.

If you have wallet issues I might be able to help.

How? how do you put a .exe on linux?

I´ve got GUI and CLI on 2 different WIn machines and tried the CLI on linux with no luck
I cant see a config file on Win

On windows you will have to used a .bat file to start ,

Windows : bitcediwallet.exe --seed-node seed0.bitcedi.org:55008 --seed-node seed1.bitcedi.org:55008 --seed-node seed2.bitcedi.org:55008

Linux : Latest release should be fine either compiled from source or using the GUI, please make sure you go on github and download the latest version.

Because we do not have a new windows wallet, nobody is able to compile it, many users do not know about linux

the workaround with the bat file returns the same result

ERROR [node_server] Failed to connect to any of seed peers, continuing without seeds

Yes I´ve got the "latest" release from github/lulworm  both for Windows and Linux I´ve tried  CLI and GUI
getting a lot of errors on ubuntu  shell like:
root@birdman10:~/bitcedi/Bitcedi-Linux-x64CLI# ./bitcedid
./bitcedid: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.55.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
(I recon that could be an issue with sym links but that bitcedid version relies on v 1.55.0 when the latest is: libboost_system.so.1.58.0.1)

Meh I think this coin is dead already, pulling back my hashes from the pool...

The Slack channel is already dead.

Update: I was able to fix the libboost issue and finally run bitcedid on linux(debian 8 jessie)
But guess what....

Downloaded latest version from:
https://github.com/lulworm/bitcedi/releases/download/v0.1.0/Bitcedi-Linux-x64CLI.tar.gz

It seems this is an ongoing issue since April:

https://github.com/lulworm/bitcedi/issues/2

I couldn´t find a way to specify the seed nodes for bitcedid, anyways they  may not work because they don´t work on windows anyways

As I said for the cli :

"EDIT- these are the lastest seed nodes:

  "seed0.bitcedi.org:55008",
   "seed1.bitcedi.org:55008",
   "seed2.bitcedi.org:55008"
"

Also https://github.com/lulworm/bitcedi/releases/tag/v0.1.1 should work straight away.

Latest version is v0.1.1 not v0.1.0

Yes, you´ve said so..but IT DOESN´t WORK!!
Just because YOU are saying it does doesn´t mean it actually does.
I created a .bat file pointing bitcediwallet.exe (CLI version and GUI version separately on different win PC) with the seed nodes YOU provided and the freaking output is the freaking same.
ERROR [node_server] Failed to connect to any of seed peers, continuing without seeds on the CLI shell and same output  on the wallet log on /AppData/Roaming

that´s the latest version for the Linux GUI wallet, which is useless since I´m using Ubuntu on a VPS with putty.
I did installed vncserver and connected to it and downloaded the GUI previously, but guess what? I need to compile the freaking Qt5, forget it!

the latest version for Linux CLI is indeed v0.1.0 unless there is a newer one?

So my conclusion is that this shitcoin doesn´t deserve anymore of my time trying to get ahold of it.

Since you are a newbie I assume your ssh putty shell can be used to compile the source code. "make" is all you need with proper dependencies.

Are you calling XDN dev's code shitty?

Really? No shit? you are fking awesome daddy! But the thing is, I don´t have the time to go through the hassle of a shitty GUI installation. Looking for dependency libraries, test and error.
It should be straightforward, no hassle for the user.

Well, that´s the problem fatty, you assume too much.. (Newbie to this bitshitcoin talk forum, yes)

No worries, I already gave up on this, moving on.
Good Luck on your shitcoin endeavours!

Reason is, it can have same features of XDN, obviously is 1 step behind . Though its not dead as i said several times, 27kh/s on the network its not dead. Block halving next month i guess, price will rise even more, so this can be a reason.
