I have coins in the wallet unconfirmed and they are stuck they are not confirmed I have never synchronized the chain of blocks again and are still stuck

Have you tried the latest wallet? I'm using the latest release, unfortunately dev didn't release windows binaries for this release yet. ( I'm using cli and gui for linux) Everything is working fine, just not for windows.

EDIT- these are the lastest seed nodes:
