After see this topic paypal or bitcoin?, i'm curious who have paypal account these days.
Do you still have paypal account even though you have bitcoin?

Why curious about that? Is there any differences?

You can see lot of Paypal haters here and that is normal since you are in bitcoin forum.

Right now, Im regularly using Paypal for some services "that bitcoin currently can't reached".

Same for Bitcoin services "that paypal can't reached".

Not mutually exclusive.

Paypal and bitcoin serve completely different purposes, Paypal for safe and fast online shopping, bitcoin is an investment.

At the moment, the "usefulness" of bitcoin is still limited, although the potential is enormous.

I still using Paypal (a lot) for shopping online- Paypal has been very protective of the buyers. But when it comes to selling, which I may be doing in future, bitcoin will be better...

Yes, I think most of us do. Bitcoin is bitcoin and paypal is paypal both are very different from each other, at some places bitcoin is not accepted but usually paypal is accepted so its useful to have it.

This can't be a serious question, there is no way people would've closed their PayPal accounts to rely solely on Bitcoin for payments. I'm sure there are exceptions to this but PayPal is the most widely used payment processor worldwide, it'd be a bit silly to only use Bitcoin which accepted in relatively few places.

It would be nice if more companies and people accepted bitcoin as a payment option, but the truth is that most simply don't. So Paypal, even with all it's controversy, still enables people to buy things on the interwebs. I would be happy to buy and sell things internationally using bitcoin. Hopefully this option will increase as cryptocurrencies become more and more popular and mainstream every day.

I use Paypal sometimes for online shopping as Paypal is accepted everywhere and bitcoin is still not acceptable in all sites, but I hope things will change in future for sure.

I also have the same issue, I use them both because of the fact that you can still not pay with the bitcoin on every website.
This is because I also have paypal and I honestly do not hate paypal because its okay.

also there are other small website that accept bitcoin, and it's better than paying with cc for me, not going to risk my credential on those shady website....

I do have a Paypal account. Even though I prefer using bitcoin since it is more reliable in so many wys that paypal isn't. There are stores or services online that I use that still doesn't accept bitcoin as payment so I still need paypal to pay for them. Also at some point using paypal in online shopping is more safe for me since it has dispute just incase that the transaction didn't worked out or if I didn't reveived my order.

Yes I still use paypal, as a way to keep my credit card numbers off stores websites.  Also some people pay me for services via paypal.  Not everyone is on the bitcoin band wagon yet.  I hope there is one day when paypal is not needed.

Yes i also have paypal account because lots of cheap vps only accept paypal and bitcoin accepting hosting services charges a lot comparatively. But the fun fact is that, the card i have attached and used to pay via paypal is funded by bitcoin hehe.

Yes, I have both Bitcoin and Paypal account, and also many other payment processors like Solid Trust Pay, Payza, Neteller, Skrill etc.
I don't see reason why not?
Each of this accounts have certain rule and purpose in my different online businesses and I need them all.
Still many more online businesses accept Paypal than bitcoin.
Online gambling sites and casinos mostly accepts Skrill and Neteller etc.
It's like in offline world, you use different currency in different parts of the world.
