It is not against any rules to be racist nor is it against any rules for someone to have negative viewpoints towards any particular "class" of people.
If he does wish to express his own racist views then it will reflect negatively on him.

Just checked the post history for 10 seconds, that's insane to let this piece of shit be It appears to be that way. However it is within his rights to have whatever viewpoints that he wishes. As I mentioned previously, him having that extreme of viewpoints only makes him look bad. |

In the States the first ammendment gets in the way of hate speech, but there are still plenty of ways to deal with it on a state level.
That said this member presents himself as being from the UK which is still part of the EU. They have laws in place that could put this in the breaking the law of ones Country of origin.
Saying that you have to wonder who benefits from giving a racist a platform to loudbox from! Its not a good look and we risk being smeared by the actions of a few.

People deserve to be treated with dignity and respect,when you choose to attack a person based on the color of their skin or origin you are not some of one that deserves a leg to stand on. You are talking to some one that is all about protecting our right to be anonymous but at the same time I have a limit. If I replaced racist with child porn enthusiast you would not be standing to this line of thinking. Respect people and you can have all the privacy you need,treat people like garbage and you should not have the same protections. Its not leftist thinking to be anti racism,its common sense! |

I do believe this guy's behaviour is appalling, disgusting, and disgraceful. There's a point when "freedom of speech" becomes "verbal abuse". 2. You can get banned for death threats. 3. You actually made a new account just to say that? 4. Why don't we make a petition, and if a poll gets more than x upvotes we can notify a mod to get the guy banned? I did a cursory check of the first page of his posts. All I see is him endorsing "racist" policies and putting forth (not necessary correct or non-misleading) facts about certain protected groups. That said, there's nothing there that would get him banned, but I do remember deleting some of his posts for valid reasons (off topic, insubstantial). 1. IANAL, but what he has posted is nowhere near verbal abuse territory. Usually verbal abuse (the type that gets you prosecuted) requires specific threats of violence. Advocating for discrimination against them doesn't count. |

This forum gives everyone a freedom of speech that can be used as well as misused and you can find racists, abusers and scammers in every section of this forum. Some are hell bent on you agreeing with their POV and hence I stopped visiting the Politics section as most users there can't accept a different opinion and if you still express your view, they start name calling, abusing and pass racist comments. The MODs don't even delete such comments and hence you can choose to ignore/report them with a hope of his comments getting deleted or him getting banned.
