I am happy to announce that we now have 15 307 Shares in the PT Smiley
//DeaDTerra
So that means if/when Bitfountain gives the ASIC machines to the comunity ...
this pass-through would operate 3 of them, right?

Nope, just 1.
But you could in theory create 3 virtual accounts each holding 5000+ shares ... then you should be eligible for 3 devices ... so why not with one account with 15000+ shares

Please be aware that I am currently looking to sell my portion of the Gamma BitCoin Fund. My current ownership percentage is 6.489 % of the fund (or 468.159 BTC of the portfolio value when the fund shut down. My total "in" for that percentage was 650BTC.) I am currently looking for offers to buyout my portion of the fund with BTC, ASICMINER shares, or a combination of both. I do have an idea of the valuation that I would like to receive, and I believe that it is both fair for myself and the purchaser. Currently the Gamma Bitcoin Fund has a large portion of ASICMINER shares (4,130), a portion of GIGAMINER shares (968), and a number of other shares (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aq6Ug2ODt-l2dC13WldWaTBWQVNYZWRwVDgtQmhzUkE#gid=0). With its current holdings, it seems that the fund may actually pay back 100% of what is owed, and even above that. (Depending on the length the ASICMiner shares are held onto, what price they are sold at, etc. As well as the other shares.)

As a note I am not looking for offers below 320BTC. For calculation purposes, please value ASICMINER shares at .73BTC each.

If you are interested, please send me a PM with your offer. The highest offer will be accepted. My ownership of that percentage can be confirmed by DeaDTerra.

Because it's how friedcat has set it out and "G.ASICMINER-PT-3" probably won't fly.

DeadTerra, can you please PM me the amount of shares I have available in this fund? I'm still an investor from Gamma (fassadlr).

Thank you!

Why do G.ASICMINER-PT dividends come through so much slower than burnside's ASICMINER-PT on btct.co?

Why do G.ASICMINER-PT dividends come through so much slower than burnside's ASICMINER-PT on btct.co?
Because he can issue BTC on his platform while not having them/he has float that he can pay with.
He's also in a time zone where it's better timed for the dividend.

It's the latter.  btct.co uses bitcoind backed accounts, I can't jury-rig balances.  Tongue  I do keep a balance in my personal account, but a bunch of orders would get cancelled if I used it.

We've been getting a lot of transactions stuck at 0 confirmations lately, sometimes for hours, even when paying a tx fee.  DT's probably dealing with a lot of the same transaction lag too.
