Sorry if this has been mentioned somewhere else.
If Bitfunder would be in trouble, they do have a list published with addresses and shares owned.
Is there a "gentlemen agreement" in place somewhere that actual asset issuers would honer this list?
Also, what about DeaDTerra being unable to come online for some reason?

They have a public list where each share held is connected to a public bitcoin address, these shares could be claimed by showing that you own this bitcoin address, is I am not mistaken? I would do my best to keep honoring the agreement, as I did with all my other assets when GLBSE shut down. I am online but extremely busy, some time it takes a couple of pokes before I respond. //DeaDTerra |

Thanks DeaDTerra, I didn't have any business on GLBSE but it's good to know you were around.
Then the question is if you go missing for some reason, if ASICMINER would honor the provided addresses from Bitfunder. But I guess only they would know the answer to that. It's my feeling they would, since they already went through the GLBSE mess and have shown that a small bump in the road will not stop them.
