We for sure know that when we dump then we are just increasing the chance for the market to get more decrease on the value of the coin. We should not do panic selling or even selling when your target is not yet reached because if you have a plan then stick to that plan so you will not have any regrets at the end of the day and don't let the greed eat you out and control you.

Just don't panic to sell if the price goes down because that is normal in trading. Selling if the price is low is not a good idea however you need to do is just hold until the price rises up again. Bitcoin is too big to lose so you can never go wrong if you will either buy or hold.

Panic selling happens and you will be able to identify it when the rate keeps on falling down. In the last few months, the value so far is not dropping rapidly so I'm assuming everyone who are holding bitcoins are in good shape.

It really is bad because panic selling is one of the reason why the value goes down low so if I were you, don't decide because it's happening now. Think of your future.
