Well If someone sell all of his/her coins in panic way at low rates then market goes down and the price of Bitcoins, I don't think someone is dumb that much to sell there Bitcoins at low rates. That is why Panic selling is not good for Bitcoin market and always end up with loss.

Yeah the price of the bitcoin can never go so much down so if someone is really in the need of the money then he or she will sell the bitcoin but the price and the value of the bitcoin will not be so much low, now as much as the people buying the bitcoin they are holding the coin and they are enjoying the high profit so I think even in the case of the selling the bitcoin price and the value will not the very much low.

Today we seen exactly what you mentioned, Bitcoin price grow so unnaturally fast till 7k and once the selling pressure comes out it got dumped so hard for few hundreds, that's exactly how is it and it's terrifying and stupid to buy on these stage if you are not sensitive. Those early buyers are just waiting for the crash and bring away their profits, although it's unknown whenever the true rally would continue, bitcoins was already been exploited as a pumping tool for extra cash where the real motive was even close to cryptocurrency, nobody was using it excepting buy and selling from exchange, bad reputation for bitcoin after a few crash course and FUD/regulation comes in.

Those who will dump can lower the value of bitcoin since the price of something depends on the one who sells it. If many have participate the selling on low price, the price will continue to go down. I think this would have no effect on bitcoin so I don't worry if someone panic sells bitcoin in low price. Bitcoin is the mother of all digital coins so no need to worry about it.

When prices go tremendously high then it is known that once it hits a peak it will get some correction. Something like couple of hundreds which will make correction point clear. After that price of bitcoin in last few weeks are continuously going higher and higher.  it is not only panic selling that is causing the dump in the price it is also the traders who are cashing out the profit that who have bought at low point on rising and when their target of profit is met start the selling. You would get a clearer answer if you specify the amount of bitcoin which are going to be sold. "Huge" can be anywhere from 1000BTC to 1MBTC. The former won't even move the market while the latter will likely result in a substantial drop on the price.

We cannot say how two persons' action in selling off all of their bitcoin affect the global market as a whole because we do not know how much their bitcoin is. Revenue getting for the smart people, there are a lot of dumb money in crypto so it's easy to use if we will not panic.

It was made by panic sellers but the initiative was done by those whales. Taking up some revenue on that time is what everyone has been doing. And those panic sellers mostly are still new in crypto so they don't mind if they are selling as long as they aren't able to sell with that continuous dip. I did that before and it makes me think that what if I never did panic selling, how many bitcoins I do have now.
