Bitcoin s extremely advanced financial instrument. Islamic rules and regulations were made centuries ago and it s about time to change and improve some things.

You cannot really accept the fact that Islamic regulations from the time of the Prophet can apply to everything modern world can bring in front of you.

For example, I know bunch of people who practice Islam and re real followers of the religion. Yet, they ve had sex before marriage. So what.

I am Muslim and i have been using bitcoin for several months. I just learn bitcoin and i saw many a lot of devious scheme to earn bitcoin. Just like HYIP, PONZI, Gambling, Bet etc.I am very afraid of RIBA. therefore, for guidance and assistance will be appretiated

Bitcoin is created because the inventor was unhappy with how exploitative the current financial system is, so bitcoin at its core is made so it's hard to exploit.

Of course, bad people will always find a way to exploit others, but bitcoin itself is not exploitative in nature.

I think the way that gives you the possibility to lose and bet on luck. such as gambling and so on can be called haram
and giving harm to others poeple such as providing a great interest on the loan can be called haram..

And what if you are participating in signature campaign which is promoting a casino? There is plenty of these around, is it haram to earn money while promoting casino?

I think we should close this thread and refrain from discussing religious problems as these can't be logically explained.

i think it's not a problem to make this thread haram or not it is already set in the scriptures and it's up to you to obey the rules or not

haram or halal bitcoin depends on our perspective. everyone has the right, and everyone also has a different way of thinking is different.

about halal and haram bitcoin has been much discussed in this forum, everything is handed to each of our intentions. whether bitcoin is done for good or bad.

is you own chose where you can get or use your bitcoin in you can get from mining or from signature campaign or even faucet.
but if you don't like gambling just don't gamble you money just trade and you will get money or invest it or even spend it.

I think Islam has given the correct rules. Islam does not want to let their followers to lose or loss. Islam provides an easy rule. you only need to use means that do not have the risk of losing? for example Siganture campaign? I know many people who do not like these? moreover trader or gambler but that's the rule. but once again it back to yourself. want to do it or not

Many admin HYIP sites are from Russia, Brazil, Nigeria, China.
