I think what we have in the Altcoin scene is a period of Boooooring
Nothing to get excited about and the whole Ethereum crap etc has been played out.
I think you are all getting really bored these days.. the ICO stuff is not helping.

Combine that assertion with the perception by many that the BTC halving will steal Altcoins thunder soon.
Means this is only going to get more quiet i am thinking..

We may need to shake it up a bit to make this interesting..
Maybe i should flip flop on some of my opinions ?
I will run out and buy a whole crap load of Monero then run around being a super Shill for it

First, I must say that I like airdrops, hey it is free

However, most of them are scammy in nature. For example quite many of the freely distributed coins do not publish how the coins are distributed, devs reserve huge portion of coins for them selves and people with obvious sock puppets get much more coins than honest ones.

The rise of Quark and Prime Coin way back were fun times.
I loved the prime numbers idea and had hoped to see more innovation like that.

What am I doing now? Well not much, just working on the 2016 road map for the Litecoin Association and Core Development. Along with that, working on rebuilding the LA along with fighting and international trademark that will set a precedence for all of crypto.

All i have ever said is there is a handful of guys that are supporting it or are connected to it
that have been showing bad behavior throughout Crypto for 2 years.
A lot of deception, Trolling, Manipulation and worse of all mass ADVERTISING + DENIAL about it !

The never ending problem with Monero is the same old guys now for 2 whole years
have continually been caught up in drama and then carry in in complete denial afterwards.
They actually think they have a perfect squeaky clean image.. when they clearly do not.

My point i harp on a lot is this..
Litecoin is "Mined" and i bash on these ICO coins..
My point is the guys who are writing code for new coins
could be working on system that improves on Mining Distribution.
But that don't !
..they simply stopped trying and figured ahh screw it let's just ICO everything now forever.. over & over.
This mentality of flopping on your back saying i give up is not what Crypto is all about.
This behavior violates the spirit of Crypto i think.

The idea that mining was heavily exploited is fine with me.
Because at least it left an avenue open for people to acquire the currency in question for FREE !
When i started Crypto i was able to take what ever PC hardware i had laying around and mine them.
This can not be done with an ICO coin.. those require you to go to your bank and withdraw FIAT $$$

Do we need a better system than mining ?
Maybe ? ..so let's work on it.

The topic of distribution has bothered me, from years ago when I got into cryptos to today. I'll be the first to admit that the current set up across all of cryptos, there is no "good" distribution method. With that said, I could write a 20 page paper on the topic so ill keep my thoughts to myself on it in case I want too .


With that said, Litecoin and the LA are going to be releasing a road map soon, which will be comprehensive. There are going to be 3 major parts to it, the future of the LA, the LA dev team and apps being worked on, and Litecoin core. Thats all I can really talk about right now .

Personally his posts are the first I view on this board. This has served me well in the past. I have averted a personal loss of BTC that would have been most painful due to listening to him.

I don't agree 100% with everything he posts but for the most part he is never far from the truth. Not seen him beaten down yet by gangs of people on here either.

Possibly the most known poster accept anonymint and bcx in the alt section. Although bcx has been really quiet lately probably aligning his hoards on the zcash chain right now and making fortunes most of us would be dreaming about for ....well ever.
