Trade Satoshi exchange Members recall that we just finished a poll about TS. Well, Coinmarketcap has marked it as 'of concern' (which is exactly what we figured out).

The Future of Small-Cap Cryptos These thoughts are my own: the rise in Bitcoin dominance indicates a major shift. For various reasons, focus is shifting to bigger cryptos. So, we are at the end of the crypto winter that followed the 2017 spike; but another crypto winter has begun for smaller-cap cryptos. And it's going to be an historic culling. So now is the time for the 42-coin community to work hard. The deterioration of the global economy will bring success to 42, but there is a 'gap' between today and that happening.

Volume: drive it hard, folks! I have pushed my buy-sell spread down to about 2% on Live Coin. Folks -- particularly newcomers -- must be able to 'get into' and 'get out of' 42-coin at low cost.

Adoption Tutorials  This is happening. But it will take time. I am practising 'dismantling' full-blockchain wallets, and rebuilding them. Then I can start writing the notes. But the point is that we will invest energy into assisting newcomers to set up.

Deleting scammers from our Telegram thread gotta double-check with Laser, but have been simply deleting new members who don't respond when they first pop up. And new Chinese-language members who turn up in groups.

EDIT I'm hoping I'm doing the right thing here: been ruthlessly deleting the 'mobs' of new members who post a first post, but don't reply to 'Do you trade 42?' then often post spam the following day. Note: some Telegram channels seem free of this problem. Others have big problems. We seem to be about in the middle.

The discussion included questions about how to sort spammers and scammers from potential adopters. Excellent event. (And thanks to 'Aztek_btc'.)

  I've noticed that my wallet haven't mined any transactions since June after I updated to the newer wallet 42-v0.10.0.build-g891b422-bdb-mingw!!!??  Did the wallet become more POS then POW??  Did I miss something..  ?  Been busy at my job and I wish I can spend more time with you guys!!!!   and I hope laser is doing well!!!!!!

And what are Merits on the bitcointalk webpage??? seems Im hoarding them..      42-coins Forever!!!!!!

There were no changes for miners, PoW works the same way (I have blocks as before). In any case, the previous version is still actual, you can use it.

The Venezuelans   They PM-ed me on Reddit this week, first time in about two months. Their situation in Vz is very bad. Certainly they are not trading cryptos. (Sometimes they don’t even have electricity!). But they do have a 42-coin wallet; and when things get better, we can help them.

If anyone is enthusiastic, grab a calculator, and see if you can figure out what the buy-sell spread might be. I have . . . but it seems so different from what the bots on the pair show.

The Trade Satoshi exchange warning is off-putting. So, if we can get higher volume on other exchanges, we can get those exchanges listed on CMC.

Encryption I am always enthusiastic to trial our encryption engine. I spoke this week to an old political mate of mine. He expressed concern about the Gubmint -- Facebook -- reading emails. I showed him how 42's encryption engine works.

Overall -- global -- economic situation Strange stuff is happening. And governments will react by throwing enormous amounts of printed-just-this-morning money at the problem. Won't work. Cryptos will benefit.

Thank you sir lasergun!! going back to an older wallet worked and mined my first transaction since many months ago..  the new wallet has a higher scrypt miner requirement?? by any chance can you goto miningirigrentals.com, rent a scrypt rig and point it to your local wallet and start mining transactions??  that would be the holy grail if our local wallets can be used from websites like nicehash.com  and use our ip address but I believe our wallets could only do https with proxy and instead of stratum+tcp which is required.. any hints or tricks you could share sir lasergun  on your new wallet  Im starting to get the 42-coin fever again!!!

Overall economic situation 'eco-stimulus'? Interesting development: governments will begin issuing bonds to 'make the world green.' It will be a whole new phase of stimulus. That is, un-re-payable debt. Let's watch this: it makes a crypto like 42 -- deflationary -- more and more attractive.
