There are differences of course. Others would be staying in banks for there is not a lot of risk. Safer. Why? Because it is not new. Trust is already there. In bitcoin, it will be a new adventure. They would think there is a lot of risk for it is still young. But hell, I would rather risk and gain a lot than stay at banks where you will just wait for the interest. You are already old and yet your money is didnt grew much.
I think security bank to offer me so I believe the bank is not because they have long known or there. I believe in the bank because if I lost my money in a certain amount and it was purely a mistake bank then they are willing to replace the money because the existing rules are regulated by the state. So I feel more secure using a bank, but besides that I also bitcoin users and trust the security of bitcoin. So better to use both. IMO

Is it possible that Bitcoin can be deposited in the banks in the near future? I mean like any other currencies that can be deposited and withdraw in the banks.
i don't think so, i don't think that bitcoin and banks will be together as bitcoin is very bad for banks so why should they be together, it could happen only if many people would use bitcoins

yeah i am sure bitcoin will soon get this facility that bitcoin can be deposit in bank in the future, then people will need to convert their bitcoin to fiat for direct shopping.
here in my country i use coins.ph where coins.ph is partners in some of the banks where they can deposit our money , or the bitcoins we sell if you have banks then you are safe to do this and its free and no more hassle and you can also use remitance center and for the future that hopefully soon that some stores are going to accept bitcoin as a payment

yes i am also sure that very soon bitcoin is going to be accepted by the banks, i think the banks are also wait for the states decision, if the state legalize bitcoin the banks will also accept bitcoin very soon, and they will also open their own wallet system for keeping bitcoin , i hope that it will good for both bitcoin and bank also.

If the banks accept bitcoin, it will be a good news for bitcoin and for bitcoin user. Many people will start using bitcoin and the price of bitcoin will increase.

bitcoin is digital money, and does not have a physical, so it may not be stored in the bank. but bitcoin has a special atm, and it is similar to a bank ATM. so the same and should not expect to be save in the bank.

I dont think any this could ever be happen, bitcoins are totally different thing, its a virtual currency and how it can be stored in a bank and there is no need for that . Already bitcoin can be stored in a wallet and can be protected with security features in it so no need for doing this in present or future.

Many representatives of the banks believe cryptocurrency threatened the entire banking ecosystem, but there are those who are strong enough interest is the use of Bitcoin in the financial sector. UBS, of Citi Bank, Standard Chartered, of BNP Paribas, of Société Générale, Barclays, of Goldman Sachs.
All these global banks interested in Bitcoins, and have either introduced it into circulation, or are going to enter
I agree, the majority of banks still consider Bitcoin as a major threat to their business and they fera of it. I don't think that they will accept it in the near future. On the other side if the Bitcoin bank would be founde this would be probably the end of the Bitcoin in the way that it is functioning now.

maybe it will be possible in the coming future as everyone is going to shift to bitcoin and banks for their benefit will adopt bitcoin, but I think people will not prefer banks for their bitcoins and they will prefer their own reliable wallets for their bitcoins, and will hardly choose the wallets from the banks.

I don't see the point in storing bitcoins in banks. One of btc's main purposes is to make you the owner of your money. If you want to have them in a centralized bank then why don't you sell them for fiat or gold?

I thought about the same, every currency bank offers is available in physicall form (cash). So not now, but in the future when the society become cashless, Bitcoin going to be offered at banks as well (if the banks still exists, as banks are unnecessary for Bitcoin to work).

If you see about some things in bank and bitcoin is become opposite things but you can't define it as an enemy because it's normal every thing have some characteristic is opposite with characteristic of another thing and you also needs to seeing them from not opposite characteristic.

Exactly that! For me one of the main reasons I am in Bitcoin is because I am the boss over every penny I have. I can store as much money as I want outside the banking system. That's for me the real bomb. That's why I am not interested in a Bitcoin related bank, or a regular bank that will somehow incorporate Bitcoin (which won't happen anyway).

Yes, I also do not like to invest in banks. Although such I also can not avoid the bank, because I am still using fiat that I get from the bitcoin exchanger. I agree, because banks are regulated by the state so if the banks adopt bitcoin countries will also intervene. So with it conflicts with the decentralized nature of bitcoin. Thank you

Yes banks might provide such option to deposit or withdraw bitcoins but I don’t see any reason to store it in banks. You can always have paper wallet or other cold storage hardware on your fingertips. It would be good to send or receive bitcoins through banks but I won’t keep it in banks because I have more secured and trustworthy options. Right now if one is not feeling secured then he can deposit his paper wallet or hardware wallet in bank lockers but won’t be able to claim any interest as one is not actually depositing any money through bank point of view.

The only reason can be interest. I don't mind taking the risk of keeping bitcoins in banks, if they give me interest on my deposits.
