I am watching this coins for weeks now, but until Polo has fixed their wallet i am confused to invest here. I guess a lot of people feel the same... and the devs must feel sad about it. As i understand it's a simple update that is missing? Just why? Or better when?  Like the post before said... it is Polo's problem, not XVC. I heard the end of this troubled poloniex, if not wrong like pending withdrawl, I hope it can be solved all, and resumed operations as before. |

Why I'm not able to import my old wallet.dat?
I had a wallet like a year ago, saved it...today I downloaded latest version of the wallet and replaced with my old wallet.dat but doesn't work. Any idea?

hi! i am super new in all this and just bought some vcash today on bittrex. shall i put them into an external wallet? if so, which one would that be? or can i just leave them on the bittrex wallet? thanks in advance |

Huh, not sure why that would be happening, but if your old wallet still works, you can dumpprivkey addresses for the addresses with coins in them with the old wallet and then importprivkey yourprivkeys with the new wallet. Then close the wallet, open config.dat, change rescan from 0 to 1, save, and start the wallet. edit: You can also rescan by right-clicking the Vcash icon in the taskbar and going to Wallet -> rescan |

Poloniex is still ignoring us, it's the last coin I have still on polo, rest all withdrawn, moved completely off that exchange, really looks like the next cryptsy.
