I wrote an email to Poloniex today and asked why they are lying about the xvc wallet. I mean, it's working at Bittrex so why shouldn't it work at Poloniex... Let's see what they will answer.

I think they wanted to buy as many XVC as they can for a low price. Would make sense with the big price difference to Bittrex.

Don't you think there would be a big dump on Bittrex if hacker had stolen XVC from Poloniex? It's the only exchange where you can deposit XVC ;-)

Well, stay comfortable into your naivety. Most logical thing is they lose wallet key and you are trading air on poloniex,so those coin are likely burn,if they annonce it its the end of poloniex,so basically they just make you wait long as they can  

PS: XVC had planty of strange dump.

Last thing....Just look at the Volumes in the last two years. There is way more buy than sell volume...

At the time of writing, VCash can be found in Poloniex and Bittrex but the coin’s team advises against using Poloniex. The exchange keeps the wallet under maintenance and refuses to answer tickets regarding locked funds. Hopefully this is just caused by the influx of new traders exhausting Poloniex’s resources and staff and it has nothing to do with the departure of JC who once upon a time worked as a security consultant for the mentioned exchange. had thought must be the case, as nothing else can explain Poloniex's behavior all this time other than a collusion somehow between our rogue dev and their admin

Vcash is one of those coins I will always hold.  I feel vcash just needs to lockdown some good partnerships because the tech is solid.

technically view xvc is solid,10m cap for a coin faster than dash and anonymous,with superpeer node and everything ,but lack of dev team,that's pretty much an opportunity for the roger ver or mccafé of this world who bring alot of new face and developper around em

also someone keep pushing price down , good for accumulation

I think you are right.Most likely it was so. In any case, 2 years is a sufficient period.

There are no proofs for that they lost any coins... Don't forget...XVC ain't the only wallet that is disabled.

I think, if they really had lost all XVC, they would have delisted it. There is so low volume, they earn peanuts with trading XVC. There must be another reason.

delist XVC without permission of withdrawl ? ==> end of poloniex. Also XVC the only one coin that have get wallet problems since 1.5 y when bittrex work like a charm. Forget it those coin don't exist and real XVC supply is lower now.

Its pretty clear that they lost the key or it get stolen by john connor.

My main concern now would have a update from dev team,where goes xcore ?

At this point why not make a second community take over,and this time,find new developper and not anyone who have deal with john connor
