Yeah holding bitcoin is a lot better than putting it on HYIPs or putting it on a gambling site.

I currently have 3 btc on hand. I'm going to sell about $350 for a new phone, and max $100 on some CSGO keys to upgrade my knife. If the price after the halving is where I expect it to be, it'll only be about 0.5 btc. Smiley

looking for a signature campaign, dm me for that

It very close to the bitcoin halving. Do any big BTC holders have any intention of buying something with their BTC? Are any going to continue holding. One of my friends is planning on buying a phone. He has been storing up for a long time.

I think in this time time we have to wait a little more as now the rise has been started so why not earn some faster profit.

yeah i can also feel to that the price will hit 700 value before block halving.. because more people are willing and want to keep it for long time. .and more people will come to buy bitcoin and the price will increased.

Solving blocks can't be solved without my rigs.

I dont understand the whole process completely, but if you build something that takes little in material to produce and an hour to make do you charge less than it would for something that takes 2 hours to produce with the same material?, my guess if it takes longer to mine to get coins (half the rate) wouldn't it make sense the price would go up because it takes longer, personally i`m just putting it into more used mining hardware to slowly build bigger and bigger, my hydro if free so it makes sense to do it

Halving doesn't work like that. It's the reward to miners that will be halved (from 25 to 12.5 bitcoins per block), not the time to solve a block. That will still take (on average) 10 minutes. But you're correct, the supply from block 420.000 will be half of what it used to be, which *could* drive the price up.

You are right about that, because of the fact that you can now just hold your bitcoins for a while and cash out with some nice profits due to the halving that is coming this year.
I think the bitcoin has a very good future a head with the halving.

Bitcoin halving will be not that bad and also not that nice because you can now even see that the value of Bitcoin is becoming more higher and that is really nice for the people.
But not everyone will know what is going to happen with Bitcoin and that is the problem so also that risky.

I was quite surprised to see prices rise so fast, and it did not take long, the current price is $700. maybe Are we going to see $800 quickly before halving? Cheesy

Absolutely, we will see that price now very soon, and may be that would be the price at the end of this week and 1000 usd at the time of halving.

Well im going to reinvest my bitcoin in halving cause it will give me more profits. I think this is the time where we should stack up bitcoins before halving occurs.

Now anything is possible with bitcoin, may be $1k or even more at the time of halving, so try to collect as much as you can till the halving stage.

Why don't you "spend" them instead of "selling"?

May be there are still many places where we cannot spend our bitcoins directly, so need to convert it to fiat first and then spend, and that is also affordable.
