I wouldn't like to receive my salary in bitcoin just yet because of how the prices are acting. Ofcourse you can profit from it but I can't risk it at all to make a loss on my salary. That's one thing I don't want to gamble with, I like a steady income.
The price fluctuations in the bitcoin price can be a small problem but not really anything to worry about when receiving your wage in btc. In between the time the fiat/btc converter receives the deposit from your work and when you receive the coins the price won't change much, you maybe up or down 1-2%

I would love to receive my salary in BTC one day, but that day, Bitcoins should be accepted everywhere wherever I would be going... That's just because I don't want to exchange it for fiat as I want to get everything against bitcoins, I mean I want to use it freely and independently without the involvement of other currencies...
Yup, we have to be practical, even if we like bitcoin and using it for some of our purchase, it would not be nice if we would accept it as our salary...Yet we can't use it anywhere and when we need it...Aside from that, if you would just use it for small purchases, the transaction fee will always be a big thing... I'd rather receive my salary in fiat with no hassle until the time that bitcoin is useful anywhere... Yeah this is going to be a risky thing if we are going to accept our salary as bitcoin. For me I would love to receive it first as cash and it is just going to depend to me only if I will going to buy some bitcoins and going to convert my fiat money into bitcoins. But as long as the company is going to force implement this then we can't do anything about it. yeah I think it would be safe to receive a payment or salary to fiat or cash advance. because even though you do not receive a salary with bitcoin though. you can exchange fiat to bitcoin very easily I think it would be safe to vote or hold fiat first Yup at a moment we cannot take risk of getting salary in bitcoins, as price can either go higher or even lower in coming period, and if it falls then it will affect our income negatively.

Receiving Salary in terms of bitcoin seems to be good, if the user has the habit of spending some amount upon buying bitcoins regularly. Now more users hesitate just because of the acceptance got over the universe compared to other nationalised Currencies that's been used. This gets changed when the user profile reaches certain percentage of the world population.
I'm waiting for the time when all the people who would use Bitcoin know about its existence and then the price of Bitcoin would rise to unexpected level. I think it might be 10k or even 100k per 1 coin. Unfortunately most people are so busy with their everyday life so they have no time to learn what Bitcoin is except from the media which is giving a negative picture mostly.

Yes, I would like to receive my salary in BTC. It's possible that there would be an inflation coming after you've received your salary in BTC. Bad things can happen to, though, and Bitcoin deflates then you needed to withdraw some money. So even if you're already getting paid in Bitcoin, always have some fiat with you for emergency purposes.

Not into 100% because encashing or exchanging bitcoins into fiat currency do have a fee of about 3% here in our country. So I would accept the offer of having my salary into btc in a condition that they would give me additional 3% allowance for the exchanging fee. Like I said I would not have all my salary into 100% bitcoin. Maybe 30%, why? I will use bitcoin as an investment. I would just keep it in my bitcoin wallet and wait for its price to goes up. Additional income, right?!

It's not only hard to believe, but basically pointless to think so as it will never happen. The majority of the population is simply not interested in Bitcoin for whatever reason. Bitcoin is an alternative currency tool that is being used by people who understand what it can do for them in their life. And yes, the people that do realize the usefulness of Bitcoin are part of a far minority.

Well if that happens in future then it would be a good choice to get salary in both fiat and bitcoins, but I don't think it will happen very soon as companies will prefer to pay only in single mode.

Of course, but not at this time, because of the price fluctuations. I could accept a third of the salary in bitcoins though.

I don't think that companies will agree to it and even I think whether it will ever happen that companies will start paying their employees in bitcoins as they are also aware about the price volatility in bitcoins.

I think companies does not like that, they do not put big amount of money in bitcoin that there is no insurance if their money will lost and also they will be charged big amount of money by depositing their money into bitcoin.

No I think that is just stupid because of the fact that the bitcoin is a investment and it can let you lose a lot of money. I simply think its right now still not worth it.

For sure no company would entrust or put all their funds into bitcoin since they would know that bitcoins price is too volatile and they would be afraid on it because of the possibility that the price would go on opposite way then its a huge losses for the company which could even make their company close because of that scenario.

Yeah and no company will prefer to put their money at risk by investing huge in bitcoins, as if price goes down dramatically then it will be a huge loss for them and no one will prefer to take that huge risk.

If you are a BTC lover, would you one day like to get your paycheck 100% in BTC? Personally I won't. Because many facilities in my area doesn't support BTC payment. I do not mind receiving, say, 20% of my pay in BTC denomination. In my own thoughts, I won't because nothing will change. I will just risk my salary into the price fluctuations. Whenever Im receiving my salary, the money is just seconds away in my hand due to monthly bill payments. So it's not different when I receive it thru bitcoin since I will convert it to fiat once I received it. So for here, I always do things to make bitcoin thru various ways of earnings this currency.

I don't like some things in the idea, it changes significantly in price within a few days... at times it could be positive, but there are times that these changes are not advantageous.

For now, I will not accept yet bitcoin as my salary because it's not that stable and what's the use of accepting bitcoin as payment when my daily needs are payable in fiat not in bitcoin. If I accept bitcoin then I still need to convert to fiat because I can't use bitcoin for payment. I still have to pay additional fees also for the conversion also.Maybe when I can directly buy my needs with bitcoin then I would accept bitcoin as salary.

Also it will become more hassle since you will need to convert your salary into fiat the moment you received it. Unlike the usual way, where ATM machines are just centimeters away in your work or in some cases, receiving it directly as fiat. So for us average person here, it's not a best thing to receive our daily job salary into fiat.
