In full time job we have all the benefits that is required by our employer to give to its employee, like the health benefits, insurance, and the other perks stated on the contract, that alone will already ensure that we can earn a steady income and when we are sick we are covered by the healthy insurance and we are still paid according. Yeah same here that this campaign is really income but we really dont know how long this campaign will live.. there is no contract or assurance that you will earn in bitcoin unlike in real job that you can sure that you will get your salary and you have some contract as a proof that you are working there. .

I really want to know a way to really do this and generate passive income as you have said but I have been trying to come up with some thing but yet to figure it out in addition to the risk minimization factor is another issue because nothing is totally and entirely risk free but a way to go about it that I know is just financing a project i.e you get to evaluate proposals from people without the funds and you bankroll by so doing you take no active part in implementation or day to day activities but get your returns as per the agreement.
