the problem is not with the idea and not with what would others do the problem is with how the original owner of that idea could implement it in real world.

i have seen so many people who saw someone else who was successful and then thought they could too and jumped the gun on starting their own thing and failed miserably.

they all forget about an essential part and that is "experience" which you either have or go make some happen by spending time and watching other to see how they handle their business.

For me you can not get stable income in bitcoin you need to have regular job and put a business and that will gives you steady income. And it helps if you have investment this also helps you to have more income.

Freelancers usually are just working for a project based titles and jobs. So they are earning for somehow but we cannot say that they are earning passive income, because once the project was totally done and complete. They are no longer to be needed to work for it, but there are certain freelancers who are very good when it comes to their jobs that a lot of companies are hiring them outside the premises of a company just to maintain some needs of the company and getting paid as a regular employee.

It's not considered as passive income but more on active income, if they do not work they have no salary. I really don't know how  can a coffee shop sustain its liabilities. When i started working as a freelance in here I do sometimes love to work at coffee shop because it is not crowded. it is depending on the location of your store here in my area there are coffee shop that i know they will earn lot of profit because the location of their store are in very busy place which is more people go there to stop over or to rest with a few minutes and also you need to have good strategy to make customer interest to buy your services.

That's a good plan and if you have an apartment in the city for sure many people will rent and you are just going to receive the rent regularly. Good plan but it requires a good capital, I guess you need to start saving now if you have a job (offline/online).
