I checked out the Steem platform. Great idea!  I helped you out and upvoted on the bittrex steem page. While i was there i thought about reviving my crypto report blog. May happen.

Check out my rant on SYNX and why miners need to do their math.

How do you secure proprietary information such as state of the company, P&L, inventory, assets?  How are non-disclosures managed and enforced?  Do you have a white paper outlining legal liabilities, compliance, regulations?

Thank you in advance.

How are companies & records kept seperate? Are you suggesting that they're kept in the blockchain? They're not. I have not ever, not even a single time, said anything or even phrased anything in a way to mislead anyone into believing any of those private documents are developed or stored in the blockchain. Doing so would make everything about the inner workings of your business 100% transparent, which isn't always a good thing.

Your competing business that's three stores down & across the street doesn't need to know the exact quantities of the inventory you purchase. They shouldn't be able to see the exact cost of everything you purchase, know your sources & secrets. They don't 100% of the information needed to calculate how much of certain things you buy at certain times of the year, during certain trends, during certain public or celebrity influences & certain public events. In addition to many other things, you would be essentially giving them all of the tools necessary to monetize on all the trends & strategies your storefront took the time to develop since its conception. Not to say business' don't try to undercut each other already, but we shouldn't give them everything needed to multiply it 100x.

Burglers also don't to now the exact quantities of what you purchase, & when you purchase them. They don't need all of the information needed to develop a map over the year illustrating how much of which inventory every store in the city is has in stock. Why should they be able to wait & see which store will stock the most of the most expensive inventory on any given day? Christmas is coming up & now they have a detailed map to find the easiest target with the most expensive inventory of electronics waiting to be sold. They can now single out stores that have more of a particular thing they like, their crime boss likes, or even for the buyers that want the stolen property.

Another major one that might not be good out in the open of everyone, salaries. That could pose as problem if you ask me, every employee doesn't need to see exactly how much their peers are making. We don't need confrontations at work. Not everyone needs to see your work schedule. If you don't work a consistent schedule, ill minded individuals now have the opportunity to know exactly when you will & wont be home. All emergency, tax & medical information should not go any further than it needs to.

All final releases of the modular release schedule will use encrypted, local databases that will be created by the wallet per installation to minimize the chances of misuse by any other party.

There are currently many places which accept Bitcoin & various other alt coins as forms of payment, why not couple them with tools that would make more than the average user and enthusiast want to install the wallet & and spread the use of decentralized banking?

I work for a fortune 500 financial software dev company and I am totally willing to work with SyndicateLabs to build out some additional use cases. There are tremendous needs for companies right now, and syndicate isnt providing a "platform" they are offering a solution.

I tend to agree 100%... Yobit works great for S***Coins... so keep away from it as long as we can so we do not get the stench by association..
