Will be interesting if that roadmap has an influence on the fund collection. Quite vague. Fiat gateways are planned for February but no partners are announced. We will see how serious the project will be taken. I have my doubts. Sorry to say this.

We aim to have the Full Node framework and mainnet released in December 2016, please note this is a very conservative estimate. Initially Stratis will launch with POW Mining, we will be developing our own Proof-of-stake technology. This is due to the Stratis Full Node framework being based on the architecture of Bitcoin 0.12.

Many people have asked about the difference between Stratis and some of the other blockchain projects released this year. Firstly, go and look at their respective team sections, then look at ours. Our lead Stratis Bitcoin framework dev is an official Bitcoin Core developer listed on the Bitcoin core website. He has developed a complete rewrite of Bitcoin Core in C#/.NET, which happens to be the only cross platform alternative to Bitcoin Core, the only implementation of segregated witness outside of Bitcoin Core and has also authored a book on Blockchain development.

We are not simply copying another projects code, the Stratis full node framework and all of the code we produce will be from scratch.

Our Stratis Bitcoin Full node framework will be developed on top of the NBitcoin framework, we have the founder, architect and creator at our disposal.

We have compiled a list of resources for those interested in Nicolas and his development experience, this should give everyone an idea of the capabilities of the Stratis project in comparison to others.

This is a development roadmap, was you expecting low level architectural details on the roadmap?

We have significant financial services experience in the team, we are fully aware of all the legal hurdles and 'partnerships' that are required. We have been vague for a reason, we do not want to release low level details before development has even started, so other projects can clone our tech for their own projects.
