What's wrong with the PR?  Asking purely out of curiousity - I'm only just beginning to read through the thread, and would like as many people's opinions (good or bad) on this project to learn as much as possible.

This is the minimum amount required to have the capabilities required to make this project a success. In the unlikely scenario that we did not exceed this amount, we would refund all investors. I am confident that we will exceed this amount.

Yes and the viral exchange has a very good looking design. İ like it very much. Also the site never has any errors and works very fast. The dev is very talented-- Nbitcoin

I also dream that we can be on polo from launch day, that's will be awesome, 10X is not a dream. But you know, this is very very difficult task to list on polo, even 30k btc ICO waves still not there.
