Normal market behaviour after such a fast rise. Remember there are some people that are in since ICO, it is a really nice exit for them at this price. There's also those looking for the fast 2x to 5x that invested in the past weeks. I wouldn't worry too much, prise will rise again, this project is still quite young and have a strong team and nice roadmap ahead.

Hey so how many strats do i need to hold in my wallet to stake mine?

Im looking to mine around 4-5 coins a day.

To earn 4-5 coins a day staking you will need anywhere around 100k to 200k Stratis.  It takes about 25k-50k to earn 1 per day, depending on how many people are staking. 

I have 100K Strat and my staking generates only around 2 STRAT per day at the moment. So you should look into getting 200K STRAT for 4-5.

The only big frustration I have is that I bought in on the high, keep buying and it keeps going down lol. I bought last night at 320k and now it's 290k so no idea where the bottom is going to be, so even if it does go up, will it just go up enough so I get to where I originally bought it? 

I don't panic though, I have these few hundred STRATS, will hold and hope in 6 -12 months I see a nicer trend line. Of course those who got in early and those who got their bounties were the really lucky ones. It seems I am always unlucky with STRATIS from the start, feels like a lover you love that doesn't love you lol.  . I just so wish my Hubby had gotten his bounty for the work he had done, that still hurts sometimes when i see everyone else talking about how much money they made from STRATIS. At the moment I feel like I am losing, but keep telling myself not to dump at a loss but to hold, because those who are patient win in the end, but do they?  . I believe in this project, even if it's against all my bad luck with it from day 1.

I think you didn't understand me what I meant. Despite my really bad luck with it, I am still holding and still buying, even if at the moment I am in big loss, first for not receiving the bounty for my husband translating the whole website and also for buying in at the wrong time, it's just bad luck for us and my family, but I believe in the project so much that I have to crush my personal feeling aside to keep buying and holding. I don't know why I do this because anyone else having being treated badly in something wouldn't be buying the coin at all, but I believe in it so that's why I keep doing it, it just feels painful at the moment always buying at a price higher than it is the next day and not having gotten the bounty which would have set my family free now if we had received it.   That's what's painful lol. he fact that my Husband was unemployed at the time and spent one whole week translating their website, even if there was a misunderstanding with Krushang, they SHOULD have paid him for his time and work. That in my eyes that wasn't fair at all. Every other job he did he was paid nicely for his work and they all liked this work, but still I a damn right determined to one day profit form this! I am sure Krushang wouldn't bust his ass off for free lol. I value my Husband and his time, even if Stratis never did hehe.
