No, that would not be a big problem. if your friend not involved in bitcoin then he can still create a bitcoin wallet easily and do this work. exchanging/converting bitcoin to fiat is very easy. so your friend should not worry about this.

Not now, but the OP had been offering jobs in the past (look through his post history), and, yes, he paid out. Some newbie raised a false scam accusation against him, so now he prefers to work with Hero members and above...

I think it is some sort of QA'ing like checking programmers codes? Or any grammar that are incorrect but any job can do as long as the rate is as good as this.
