Actually it was built by one of the best minds in the world that just happens to be autistic.The DAO software was experimental and it told you to invest with care.The miners will get a soft fork suppose they do it themselves but there will be no hard fork you cannot break the contract integrity.The Eth wont be recovered unless people buy into the contract and thats another vote.Write it off and move on learn from it but dont change the contract.Ethereum will become a fantastic entity when its all sorted out.

I don't believe too easier to identified hacker, we know hacker will not be hasty to take a step, and I sure hacker will encrypt all of their facilities before they can do criminal cases.

thought i was already resolved that the attacker gave back what he got. Its been said that he was just testing the system and that the team gave him something in return. don't quote me on this though as this is just what i understood about what i've read.

while everyone is looking to DAO's funds he could be shorting ETH and spreeding the news. just by doing that he could be rich right now.

and later his lawyers would bring more money by suing vitalik.
