I'm wondering why this board actually supports such criminals and allow to referal ponzis?

Hundreds of warnings were given by other members to warn readers about the ills of ponzis...but.....

For you silly folks holding out hope that you didn't get hard-core scammed, why don't you google HashOcea's address, go down to street view to give yourself a good laugh. Of course, maybe you should have done that before throwing your money into a ponzi.

Way to kick folks while they're down. How fortunate for you that you have never in your life been taken
advantage of.

No, HashOcean is most likely not coming back and yes, people should do their due diligence before they
put their money into something. But making them feel like chumps when they already feel like crap to
begin with doesn't help.

Life's tough. Don't take yourself so seriously. Learn the obvious lesson here, suck it up, and move on.

I think it's the biggest scam operation since the creation of Bitcoin, the Hashocean owner run out with about 3 millions of Dollars worth of Bitcoin; it's really big amount.

Hi, "the biggest scam operation" would more likely be MtGox, but I agree that ~$3 million is a large amount.

WOW, was there really 700,000 users on hashocean, that is a lot of people.

i have never even though a scammy cloudmining service can even get that many users.

I suspect it was ponzi cloudmining service as well. The reason why I believe this: they did not prove in any provably way they really hashing like creating blocks with HashOcean label or something.

About the number of users, I find it difficult to believe they had 700,000 users. Maybe just thousands of users, but to look more legit they show much more users registered - and if these are slowly added over time, even the users who gambled their Bitcoins suspecting it was realy ponzi and looked for signs to get out could be burned as well.

I'm not one of the ones who got screwed. It was a fortunate coincidence that I logged in last week just
before all of this went down and withdrew my earnings. Yes, I am out hashing power that I purchased,
but the lion's share of my BTC was in earnings.

How could that be possible that every Bitcoin Buisness is a Scam. Isnt there any Option to get know in law contact with this company?
It was located in San Fransicso and had cotnact details from canada.

Do somebopdy know more?

Yes, all the contact information are fake. Finding the owners is either not possible or investigation require dozens of permits and would take years..

There are proofs, that a lot of accounts are probably bots. Or owners use some script to multiply accounts to increase statistics, or users trying to earn in some way from referrals.

Hashocean ran over 1.5 years. People promoted Hashocean everywhere such as Mellowads, Adsense and much more. 700,000 seems to be large but they offered 15 KHs for free. I think the users was crazy about that and dreamt of being rich.

I'm wondering why this board actually supports such criminals and allow to referal ponzis?

Thanks to cryptodevil, scammers are afraid to make a topic here. This forum has its own section for HYIP, Cloud Mining and Ponzis.
