I have a principle, when I seriously do something, age will never be a barrier. I know bitcoin this year at 30, made me more clear and confident to invest and run cryptocurrency trade.

I myself is 20. I think average age of bitcoin users is 20-30 years.
It is right that a large number of bitcoin users are at that age but it is not right that all of the users are of that age I have saw a lot of people who are in the more age than 30 even In one place on this forum I saw a person with a project who was more than 50 age and he was a regular user of IT so a lot of people who are already related to IT are now on bitcoin too. I think it's in 20-30 age average too. It's the generation more closely to the technology mechanisms with some ideology involved. Older people aren't interested on it, with exceptions. Younger people aren't interested too, they prefer to follow the junk offered by media, total alienation. Surely I'm not generalizating, because there are exceptions in all cases.

I think usually people of 20-35 age group use it largely, currently. But as it is growing the average age of the users might increase 25-40 or 30-50 because Bitcoin consists of some awesome features

I guess it is too early to get start with bitcoins. You people affect the balances of average age of bitcoin users. My personal view is that you should not use bitcoin for trading or for earning money from any other source, as you will become addicted to earning money and then it will become really difficult to pay attention to your studies, and your study can greatly be affected by bitcoin, so you need to complete your education first and after you should thing about trading using bitcoin etc. Why you are stopping him to use bitcoin if he need money and are earning it from home then we do not have to stop him to earn but if someone is going to support him financially in all of his matters then he is allowed to stop him. There are a lot of people who are living a very poor life and do not have any elder to earn for them so they start earning in their early age of their life.

I'm from first age group, but I think that majority of bitcoin users is 22-30 years old. Mostly of younger people don't care much about bitcoin. 30-40 and maybe up to 50 years age group looking suspicious into bitcoin. Also, they have families, jobs and lot of things to do, mostly them don't have much time. And finally, mostly older people never heard about bitcoin. And such people often don't like innovations.

To have a survey regarding this is really difficult but most of the bitcoiner are in their early teens and the successful businesses are run by the age group between 28 to 45. I am in my early 40s and we had the opportunity to see the shift of technology from analog to digital and bitcoin is a step further in that aspect.

Most of the younger people don't care about making money out of bitcoins but I think there's actually a lot of us, young people, in this place. I bet the reason for that is because we spend a lot of time on the internet that we ended up looking for a way to earn money and so we found bitcoins. I've seen older people in the bitcoin world and most of them are here because they're just in their house and when their kids are at school, they have nothing to do. They want to earn money even though they are just staying at home.

Young people like it but I don't think they realize the power. Unless you have seen other technology come and go and you have something to compare it too, you really get it.

Modern young people are very good with technologies now and to some of them it's an option to make a bitcoin based start up, cause of bitcoin is getting more popular and still not so much people know of it.

I would say that most users are in the age range of 20-30. These are the people that have had a lot of exposure to technology and are a bit smarter in that region. People that are older are more sceptical about investing in an online currency and would rather stick to the things that they are used to such as gold and shares. There are even some teenagers that are tech savvy using Bitcoin as an alternate currency.
but to me i think the average age of bitcoin user may be 30 to 40. as that age people become more mature, while from 20 to 30 most of the people have not yet completed their study and most of the people are still busy in education and are not welling to give preference to any other acivity. Sorry but in my opinion when you think that peoples from 20 until 30 years old is busy with their study is not true. Besides from the reality around me they busy but still use bitcoin i mean they focus on looking for bitcoin while they on spare time. The most peoples like that as far as i know earn some amount bitcoin to get more income to pay their school's bill. I think 25 to 35 will be the average age of bitcoin users as at that age, people are looking for different jobs as they have completed their study and then want to start some job so to me bitcoin is the best option for them to make some money from trading and providing some other services.

Yeah the people from different ages are using bitcoin for their uses but I think people of your age are more in the field of bitcoin as they love the new digital systems and they like to promote it and the other point is that the people of your age need a work to earn good so they find bitcoin for that purpose.

Bitcoin has no age restrictions unlike bank accounts but I think the average user cannot be too old since older people are too set in their ways but it cannot be too young either since you need to have some money to invest so my guess is we are something between 22 and 37 years old.

It's most likely something like that. younger than 18 rarely would have interest in something like bitcoin and older than 35 is already into some other business.
