Nobody can set up a Pool or Block Explorer for LADAcoin since you have not released the sourcecode for download on github.

Once you do that then maybe someone will help you out with them.

perhaps you have not had an nodom, and your wallet is not synchronized (offline mining) - another miner found earlier block this height. network so works, who found the first time the next block - that and have a reward.
