but you dont want pool or explorer which would be the key thing for any chain success or develop interest among community; unless you have some different plans

steel want pool and block explorer. But i not have any time for this work now. If you want create explorer for ladacoin - i wait for you work.  

If the source is available i will setup a pool and so would many others
the same goes re the block explorer

are we missing something here?

I'm not sure and need a general pool for easy CPU mining / But explorer need on first time
