i watch movie and try to keep my self in work
For movies still very much to find a suitable, so it turned out that the plot of a bad mood and distract depart. This is done not so easy, but it so happens that it turns.

When you are getting in bad mood its better to drink water and deep breathing to calm you so that angriness past away.
Maybe better to drink alcohol and go to bed? Thus neither himself nor the other does not bring any harm.

Yes, you're right, sometimes it is very difficult to get away from negative thoughts. The problem is impossible to forget, it is necessary to solve.

If ever I'm in a bad mood, I will try to calm myself down naturally. Breathing deep and exhaling helps boost your mood. Other things that I do is listen to music and sometimes play games in order to forget my current situation. If the problem is not a big deal, then just let it go, but if not, just face the music and apply the right strategies.

How to read a book when a bad mood does not understand. If a bad mood, then there are reasons and thoughts will be occupied only with this. And for example the book will not be perceived by me.

When im bad mood I listen to my favorite songs like the song of one direction, the vamps ,little mix and ofcourse my crush charlie puth. When hear this I'm going to relax and my bad mood is forgot. Sometimes I do also when I'm bad mood I watch movie like funnies movies and fantasy movies . and sometimes I call my boyfriend to release my problem to him and to get comfort.  I love my boyfriend because when I'm bad mood he think way  how to smile me again  and that's very eefective.

Any bad mood has its causes and these reasons will never let them focus on something to calm down or distract. Although there are two things where you can just release steam and this is a sport or a computer game. Pulling dumbbells or playing in a shooter, maybe everything will come back to normal and then there will be a willingness to solve problems.
