Thinking on your love ones will be a big help for you to quit ,But it wont work if you are not determined to quit .So i think the best thing is to convince yourself ,change your ways ,your activities in gambling and make a healthy living have fun in some games indoor and outdoor without gambling .Ofcourse spend time with your family than in gambling.

Your mental capacity will be lessen when you are addicted in gambling but your love with your family or love ones
will help you quit gambling. They are here for you and are willing to help you with their unconditional love, hence
we should be thinking of them and make them as our inspiration.

Not everyone have family/loved ones who can understand/help you since some of them use hard way to help people by force/violance, sometimes they give up since it's hard on them

Everyone has a loved one, everyone has people who always understand the circumstances and feelings. The person you love and understand your feelings could be your best friend, and it could be your boyfriend, or even your wife. But when you do not have them, you still have parents, parents who will always understand your situation, always thinking of you at any moment.

Love is indeed something it can forget all the things that used to be we made busy by these things, but for gambling I think love will never change all that. because when someone already addicted in gambling, will always think of all the things that exist in it. Hi everyone, want to share my story here, I was once a gambler that I can gamble big amount of money in one day, I have this thinking that maybe I can make a living off gambling and get rich. I won big before but I lost back on the other day too.

And once you lost, you will try to recover back your lost amount and from there, the snowball just keep rolling, and you find yourself in bad mood everyday as you will keep on depositing all your savings and always hoping to recover back your loss. I have seen too many people losing big amount of money in Bitcoin Gambling.

Your right gambling is just like a snowball it keeps rolling and rolling, it makes you keeps playing and playing trying to recover what you lose. Your love ones / family is really important in that situation, they are the ones that helps you when your feeling down or in bad mood so you need to talk to them when you have a problem. Gambling is really not a bad thing, it is a short of entertainment and trying your luck but when the time is enough and you have enough you need to stop. Lol loved ones will never help if you had a girlfriend maybe this is the reason why you need to continue playing gambling because both of you are need money to have dates we can't quit that for no reason being in another habitat will keep us more miss the gambling it self.

Is it really that hard to quit gambling? I guess it is really a mind battle.
I do gamble but not like hardcore. More like just fun and just a trial if I have a lucky day.
After 3 to 5 bets I stop. I dont want to cause more lost if ever lose or if I win then I am really having a lucky day.
Maybe we just cany understand how others think that is why we cant push them to stop and just let it be.

There will be errors in the past that can make certain things irrepairable in the future though. Of course you'll have lessons but along with it may come trusts and relationships that are tarnished because of excessive gambling. For example, there's this guy who was left by his family because he's so into gambling that he sold almost all their properties without his family's knowledge. Your family's going to be there for you through thick and thin so it's wise to give importance to where its most due. Gambling needs to take a backseat for things that means a lot more

I do agree so. I have seen many gamblers who are good enough to control themselves and consider gambling as a type of entertainment. The more you addicted to it, the more money you lose. Just play it to relax your body and enjoy the happiness it can bring to you. Dont think about the profit. I can slowly kill you
